Booked two rooms & one room did not have tv remote. Asked front desk for one, but was told they did not have any extras. We shared on remote but was a huge inconvenience.

The front desk people were great.

the selection of breakfast items.

side entrance door inoperable. poor snow removal of parking lot handicap space filled with snow pile. pool area had no lingers or tables only chairs and little stands. no hot tub. children allowed to use pool with no supervision

The day manager was excellent ! Helpful and knowledgeable.

The reservation process.

The property is very convenient for where I needed to be. Close to the freeway was nice too! My room was so nice!! very comfortable and really beautiful!!

Parking was a little tricky when I came back get in the evening. Not a huge deal though.

This was not the first time I’ve been to this establishment’s location. Being a Stout alumni, family would come visit me during my residency on campus. Lovely location, discreet entrance but still close to stores in the area.

I encountered two minor issues during my stay. I was unable to give housekeeping a tip via my card. I ran out of cash during my stay, and I thought the front desk would be able to help me by adding a tip via my booking charge. However, as they do not have a service account for such, I was unable to tip the housekeeping service. Secondly, the bed in my room was very creaky and somewhat uncomfortable for a full-night’s rest.
