Love this hotel! Have stayed the last two years returning from points west. Staff is great, breakfast good, delicious, fresh cookies at front desk. Easy to find, good dining choices close by. Room was clean, bed comfortable and overall love the lodge feel and appearance. Will stay here anytime in the area.

The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperatures and the facility is very nice. The room was clean and staff were helpful as needed. The breakfast was standard for this type of property.

The lady at the front desk, Kim, really made an effort to point out all the amenities. She made us feel welcome.

The property looked ok until we got into the room. The lady at the front desk told us no pets go in them rooms but it stunk like cat pee and my daughters face and eyes were all swollen from cat allergies. We called the front desk she was busy and we asked her to move us and said like before there have been no pets in there. So we suffered it out and will never return.

Check in was easy and convenient. The staff was great. Pool is warm and well maintained. Parking is easy and safe. Cabela's is within walking distance. We've stayed here every year for the last 5 years.

Room was decent size and bed was comfortable. Air conditioning system was a little noisy. Breakfast area was a mess and most items were gone and we were there before 8. Believe this was a staffing issue as the front desk person was also taking care of the breakfast area. Several other staff were back doing laundry at 8 AM...seems like this could have waited until after morning rush.

Very nice hotel. The mattress in the room was a little too soft bit other than thar, a great choice at short notice. The breakfast room was crowded but we were able to find seats in the lobby for breakfast.

Spacious clean rooms. Breakfast burrito was tasty. The staff was unaware of the pool hours after getting up early. It does not open at 6:00 AM…or even by 7:20! That’s when we found out that they didn’t actually program our 2nd key card.

Checking in we were scolded about the pool and given stern directions about how to use it properly. This happened after a few moments of awkwardly no communication at all. We were NOT responsible for the pool issue and just checking in. It felt misdirected and unfair.

The bathtub was extremely slippery and I almost slipped and fell multiple times. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling back. The place in general felt like it wasn’t maintained to 100%… Maybe about 95%. This hotel needs to get different bathtubs or walk-in showers. They were so slippery that it’s an accident / lawsuit waiting to happen.
With all of that said, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so friendly and the room was clean and comfy. We had a big group so we enjoyed the pool and had a family dinner (lots of nearby restaurants) in the breakfast area while charging an electric vehicle there. Everything we needed!

The hotel was nice. Great breakfast selections! The hotel temperature was way too hot (almost like they still have the heat on in July). The pool was nice, but the railing st the entrance was loose and the flooring was way too slippery. Overall not a bad stay

They were very under staffed, but those who were there worked their rear ends off to make sure the guests were taken care of. A big thank you to all who worked there. Especially the lady who maned the front desk in the mornings. She did the desk, made sure the kitchen and eating room was well stocked and kept an eye on the swimming pool. Too much for one person to handle by her self. She needs a big bonus!!!

Lovely welcoming lady at check-in (which after 12 nights of traveling on this vacation has been hard to come by). Pool area was great. Cute motif. Clean & spacious rooms. Great breakfast as well. The attendant was right there making sure everything was plentiful and clean.
