Everything was great. Very friendly staff and helpful

The hotel was clean and priced right. The breakfast was good. A lot of choices to pick from. Good location. Away from the downtown hustle and bustle but the shuttle service will get you to Broadway. Lisa and Tony were great drivers! The free happy hour was a nice touch too!

We loved our stay at your hotel! The staff was very kind and accommodating , the shuttle to Broadway was an extra bonus but we also walked home from the Preds game and felt safe! The managers special was great! The breakfast was amazing!! Lots of choices and fresh to order omelets! We will definitely recommend to friends and stay again when we return!

The breakfast was amazing (omelette station and fresh food) and the staff general great! The housekeeping was not consistent and we 2x in a 3 night stay had to get additional towels because our room wasn’t serviced even though we made sure there was no signs left on the door to request otherwise. It seemed if you were not out of your room at 9.30, you missed your service.

This place is in dire need of a total renovation. Stained carpet in the room. Drab colors. Just not a pleasant place to stay.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, bed was comfortable

We had a 2 room suite. It was very nice & the bed was comfortable. We used valet, nice employees & fast service. We also used the shuttle service to go to Broadway. The driver, Matt, he is a local & very helpful on places to go. The shuttle service was also fast service. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel itself, as well as our room, was perfectly clean. However, the area directly outside the entrance was abysmal. It constantly smelled like cigarette smoke, there were cigarette butts all over, the couches where people might sit and wait for the shuttle had many burn holes, etc. Even the planters that housed the plants (which didn't look very attractive) were old and poorly maintained. Overall, standing in that front area was just very unpleasant. I would suggest making that area a NO SMOKING area. A good power washing and some new furniture and planters would do wonders for that area. One other issue I had was when I left a note asking housekeeping for two glasses to be left by the sink in the living room. When I returned to my room there were none. I called the front desk and the person said they would have housekeeping bring up a few. I explained that I was going to take a nap, and to please have the housekeeping staff leave the glasses outside the door. I hung my "Do Not Disturb" placard on the door handle. About 15 minutes later, just as I was falling asleep, someone began knocking very hard on the door saying, "HOUSEKEEPING." She continued and continued. She then used her phone on speaker to call the front and explain that I wasn't answering. She must've been told to just leave the glasses outside and at that point she left. What is the purpose of having a DND placard if the staff is going to pound on the door? It was very frustrating...
