The pool and hot tub were great and so was the breakfast. The room was not though. The heater was in a closet right next to the bed, and every time it jumped on it sounded like a jet engine. It was impossible to sleep with it on, but it was too cold to sleep without it. We had a terrible night of waking up cold, turning on the heater, then having to get back up and turn it off so we could sleep another hour or so. It was a terrible night of very disrupted sleep.

The residence Marriott on liberty Street in Brockton is a terrific hotel. We rented a two bedroom suite each bedroom had a queen size bed, and an en suite bathroom plus a full kitchen, dining area, and living room.

Super fun place to stay! The owner was friendly and very accommodating and shared the property history with us. He also made a great breakfast. If down there again will definitely be back.

Be careful about this property as they don’t clean your room daily.
We arrived on a Friday and our room wasn’t CB lean ugg the il Sunday even though the day before we asked for our room to be clean.

Upon checking in I expressed to the front desk staff how excited I was for the use of the hot tub, and they had no point told me that the hot tub was down for service. I was very disappointed as this was the main reason for choosing this hotel.

There was a young gentleman on staff who was quite loud. The first day, during breakfast, he literally began shouting about a spider and slammed a box down on top of it with a dining area full of hotel guests. He then proceeded to discuss very loudly with several swear words about his fear of spiders. Having worked in the service industry myself and now in healthcare, my customers, nor my patients would ever see my team, nor I miss a beat.

I had a great stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Boston Brockton/Easton. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing experience. The gym, while small, was adequate for a quick workout. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was a pleasant way to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was close enough to a concert venue, however there isn’t much else around to do for activities. Hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly.

Very nicely maintained overall. Usually have no issues. I stay almost every month. I was told at check in that I was getting an "upgrade" What I wasn't told was there would be roofers outside my window all day and starting work at 7:30am! Wasnt told hot tub was "out of order" till we got in it. I would of appreciated being told there would be roof work going on as opposed to being duped into thinking I was receiving a little "frequent customer perk" NOT COOL!!

This was a short stay. The room was decent. You can see the wear and tear on the corners of walls and the bathtub. Loved the kitchen. Small but very functional. The location is great. We needed to be close to a highway, but also we were able to get to a CVS, Dunkin, and grocery store in a short amount of time. We did not enjoy breakfast. We have dietary restrictions (no gluten or dairy). We had very limited choices, but for people who can have gluten and dairy, the choices were pretty good. We had fruit and tea.

Main welcoming was very poor no well welcoming and then a waiting period due to paer report for something else and then attended me with following procedures of check in? Otherwise the rest was guess work were is room, elevator not very explainable, but the rest of my stay was okay.

Got there and hot tub area was closed. I explained due to a physical condition this was the only reason I booked this hotel and asked if i could cancel the reservation. Nope. Need 24 hour notice. I wasn’t given 24 hour notice that all the amenities advertised weren’t available, but ok. Then I was told I’d be notified if it was open. I leave hours later for my event to find it open; hadn’t been notified. In the meantime the ac was set at 68 in the room but the temp wouldn’t go below 75 even with the windows open on a chilly night. No one was ever at the front desk when I went to ask about it so I sent 2 messages. Nothing. i was nervous all night about my dog who was in the sweltering room. Subsequently got no sleep due to how unbelievably hot it was. The property is beautiful but they need to get it together.

Excellent property in the suburbs of Boston. Convenient to quite a few few things and well stocked in terms of the efficiency part of the room as well as in the bathroom. Book specifically because it was dog friendly, overall good stay.

The only thing i encountered was at the time i checkup they don't find my name in the system and they give me the receipt with someone name and different address i going tho the breakfast room i check my final receipt and the receipt show different name after that take about ten minute to fix thank you

Very nice hotel, noisy air conditioning kicks on often so I needed my white noise to sleep well.

Nice, comfortable rooms. Clean, good water pressure in the shower, free breakfast with some warm items. Great for getting rest, the area is quiet and the rooms are well insulated-we did not hear any neighbors. Staff was friendly and kept everything running smooth.
