While the property and surroundings were impressive, I noticed a lack of attention to detail in the cleaning of the rooms. For instance, the soap dispenser was not filled upon check-in, and despite the issue being reported, it was not addressed until the third day of our stay. Additionally, our group of 15 booked six rooms to celebrate a significant birthday. We requested plates and cutlery to enjoy a cake provided by a local baker. However, we were informed that outside food could only be consumed in our rooms and that there would be a charge of €6 per plate for the required items. Given Hilton’s reputation, we found this policy to be disappointing and not in line with the level of service we expected. Based on this experience, I regret to say that I cannot recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Considering the amount we paid and my previous positive experiences with Hilton, I expected a higher standard of service.

I like that they were very professional and kind. I also recommend doing the wine tour at the excursion desk.

Beautiful views of the town and bay. Private adult rooftop pool and bar was a great escape for a couples vacation. 10” walk to downtown Sorrento for restaurants, shopping, people watching and boat excursions.

This was a great place to stay with my family for vacation. The pool and dining room overlook the mountains and country side. The staff were polite and helpful regarding any question or transportation need. I highly recommend this hotel and would return with my family.

Property was spacious and clean. Pool area was nice too. We spent 6 weeks in Italy and in almost every hotel we stayed at the staff were very kind and friendly. We stayed at the Hilton, Sorrento, for 4 nights and apart from one of the bar staff (can't remember his name) who was great, it was difficult to even get a smile or acknowledgement from them. Maybe it's because it is a big hotel chain which makes it more impersonal I'm not sure, but that was our impression.

Loved this hotel and location. The view was incredible from the room. The rooms are so spacious. I loved the very large walk in closet with all the built ins..wow! It was so nice to be able to have enough room to open all your luggage and not be in your way. The breakfast buffet everyday was amazing! Staff was incredibly nice. Pools were really well maintained and very clean. Loved everything about this hotel! Would definitely stay here again!

We ve had a great holiday

Everything at the hotel was amazing, but there was a problem in our first room. We stayed in 540 where there was an extremely strong smell of mold signifying a leakage. You could also tell from the way the floor in the hallway was buckling. Please make sure to fix this seeing as it could be detrimental to someone’s health.

This hotel was very nice, but I see plenty of room for improvement. The hotel is a short walk downhill to the main street full of shopping and restaurants. A taxi will cost you between 20 and 25 euro, but seriously, just walk. I booked a room with a king bed and another family quad. The family quad was massive, but the shower was horrible. It has a small bathtub with a tiny shower sprayer, not cool. Other than that, the rooms are very nice. The pool was amazing and the loungers around the pool are great too. I would expect a pool bar to be expensive, but this one is very overpriced. In fact, this hotel seems to charge a fee for just about everything so check before you ask for something. Breakfast was included and in my opinion was excellent. The hotel grounds are very pleasant and the staff very helpful.

Not providing even still water bottle in room And at checkout they charged you 6 or 8 Euro's for Minibar per day I had to explain to staff I didn’t get any bottle of water what’s minibar fee

The hotel was fantastic, the only criticism is the prices of the food and drinks,double if not more. 5 minute walk to Sorrento town where it’s a lot cheaper.

This property has fabulous views of Sorrento and the sea. Staff was very professional and courteous, location is close enough to all major areas of interest. Highly recommend!

Worst possible experience, they put me in a dark room with a musty smell. I went to complain and still realized that I was in a much inferior room and what I had paid for. So the reception was very rude to me, making me feel bad saying that it was what I had booked. I continued there and then they said they only had that one. And after a lot of effort, my husband and I spoke to the manager. He put us in another room that didn't have mold. But the room I paid for only really got us through the second day. It was really bad when they left our bags in the storage room to later get into the room we paid for. And in the end we even included something from the mini bar in our bill that we didn't even open. Hotel very disorganized and employees very unwilling. Horrible experience, I don't recommend it.

Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town

Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this property, go stay at a local resort closer to town. This property is overpriced and definitely not worth what they try to make themselves out to be. We had to change rooms 3 times just to get a decent room and were Hilton Honors members. See picture of our “safe.” And when we complained they said we can give them our stuff and put it in their main safe. Ummm no thank you I’m not giving strangers my passports and thousands worth of jewelry to put in a community safe! Ridiculous. Never again.

Great property. Not the most central, but the grounds are well kept, great breakfast, decent gym, and really nice rooms. We had a great view of Sorrento.

The hotel is incredible, for its beauty and spacious areas. Beautiful decoration, looks like new. Flowers bouquets everywhere. Music at night. A lot of areas to enjoy and relax. 12 min walking to the center a lo of nice restaurants at city center. But if you want to relax there is a really nice pool area with a bar.

Great location and walking distance to everything. It is a beautiful hotel and I would stay there again. Front desk, Bell, Bartenders were all so helpful and nice!

Conferences get priority. We felt in the way as guests. Dining taken over by conferences.
