Staff refused providing air conditioning, not acceptable hotel would providing the rusty cookie jar as a rubbish bin, bathroom sewer is clogged and full of smell, such a terrible experience ever😡😡😡😡

The hotel was on the tram system to the airport which is very convey. Breakfast was very good.

This hotel is ideal for a short transit near the airport. The tram is right next to the hotel and short ride costs 1,80€ to airport. The hotel is minimalist. Restaurant was not open for the evening so we did Uber eats. The room is relatively cheap so do not expect a coffee maker and extra room. We had to ask the manager to increase the heat on her hand as the heater would not blow warm air in the room. She fixed the problem. The sheets were too small and did not fold under mattress. Enough plugs and usb ports. Hair dryer not effective at all as well as wifi very weak. Shower was fine with good pressure, room was clean, TV ok. Room was quiet. We paid 68€ for the night so for that price cannot expect luxury. Cleanliness, calm and good shower were enough.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and clean. The whole place is quirky, although basic, which adds an interest. The weather was cold when I was there and it took a while to heat my room and the hot water took some time to get to the taps but I would definitely stay there again. The staff and cleanliness made it.

We booked through hotel.com, so they put us in the part of the hotel that hasnt been renovated for a long time.Mold in the bathroom, the smell of sewerage, overall terrible condition.

appearance have a lot to be desired, and it took nearly a minute for the water to get hot, but rooms room was clean and quiet, bed comfortable, and within walking distance to airport (less than 15 minutes). Very competitively priced

ok negative first - only 1 pillow so difficult if you like cushion under your head. the previous guests bill was left in the room with name on etc no shower gel in shower only 1 bath towel for 2 guests pricy for what we got as we have stayed in hotels nearby that are much cheaper and of equal standard on a more positive note good location near to bars and restaurants clean and basic, lovely shower comfy bed helpful staff lady in the evening.abrupt Australian? in.the morning must have some him up with our early departure on a positive note

If you are looking for a cheap bed with air con, a tv and a shower while you are waiting on your flight this is the place. They do have a restaurant on site for breakfast which was pricy. It served a purpose.

I arrived a few hours after midnight and the taxi driver didnt know where the hotel was. It was 20 euros to go one mile because the shuttle has to be scheduled and the bus was not running to my knowledge. The room was in a separate corridor from the office, and it was a bit scary to enter alone. The desk worker failed to give me the remote for the AC, so it didnt work and I tried to call but the front desk but the phone was not working. With all of that said, the next day it was easy to take the bus (right out front) to the city center and the room was clean.

You should have your shuttle bus operating when any flights depart the Bordeaux airport. My flight was international so at least 2 hrs before my flight but 3 hrs is better, there was absolutely nothing available, not even a local bus. I shouldn’t have to walk with 2 bags of luggage or take an Uber taxi when you offer this service on your web site! Im from the hotel hospitality world, family business and this is unacceptable in your business! Where I’m from in Canada you service the paying client this service for free when your only less than 2.0 km’s from the airport. Your hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. I will not return because of this situation.

This hotel extremely run down and dirty. Bed was lumpy, sheets thin and grey, bathroom smelled and mould was everywhere.

Great location adjacent to the airport. The facilities were limited due to Mai Premiere (May Day). Room adequate for an overnight.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the hotel which was very good value and enjoyable. Checkout was easy and we had a very efficient and free taxi to the airport.

What is unique about this hotel is it location. It is 10 minutes, 15 minutes for a first timer, from the airport. Although take the local bus service from the airport the hotel is only one stop away. The bus stops are just outside the hotel. Again by local bus service its only 45 minutes from the hotel to the city centre and Bordeaux central railway station.Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
