The main thing that we didn't like about this place was that the bed was hard as a rock we should have slept on the floor

The water didn’t drain from the shower and the bathroom sink, awful smell in the room on the first night so requested another room, then the toilet was clogged, had to go buy Starbucks next door and used the bathroom there. We had to wait in line to have breakfast and the breakfast was not like the picture.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly, our room was very clean, they have a beautiful green area and swimming pool, very quiet and secure parking lot. And a good breakfast!

The only complaint I have is. why the hotel charge me $130 pesos to park my car in the parking lot. under the hotel and the mall. The hotel most most to have a deal with the mall to us park our cars there. We are mall customer too

I’ve been coming to this property for years because of its location to my business activities. It’s quiet with a pleasant central courtyard with a pool. Next door to a good restaurant and Starbucks.

I liked that I was able to do everything through the app. Only had to give my name for the key. Everything was clean inside and outside. The breakfast was awesome too. Great place to stay at!

Overall good price quality. However, breakfast was very poor and ended too early and the room cleaning service started too soon, waking up everybody. The restaurant next to the hotel, Pour la France, is worth visiting, the food is good and they have live music.

Everything perfect, I could say that the person that made the check in did his best as per his experience since there were a couple of small issues getting the room and never gave the courtesy apology!.. but everything was perfect!!!...I will stay again there!!!

Upon arraival to laquinta Dorada at the time of checking right in front of me they lost/miss place my credit card.it was until the next day the receptionist manager stated that was fund in the trash can outside.

Room had issues with air conditioning, toilet. Addressed this with hotel staff. They moved us to a different room after 3 days. They kept saying the maintenance guy would fix it. Said they would credit us a future night stay but did not. Bad service. Not worth it. Advice another hotel

The pool area was large and clean and a great place for family to spend time. The free shuttle service was an amazing perk. Staff was all friendly and helpful. Location was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

The exterior and the common areas looked ok but the A.C. In our room #116 didn't work, neither did the shower drain and there was no hot water. The place needs a gut renovation beyond painting and patching. Hotel staff were slow to respond and moved us to another room after two hours. Btw the breakfast buffet was sad too. Never coming back here!

Even though I travel a lot to Saltillo Coahuila Mexico, I have made this hotel a must for me

The hotel is ok. Nothing amazing but good enough to spend the week if you are going to work in Saltillo. It has a Starbucks and a nice restaurant beside it, so the life gets easier in the morning and night.

Always enjoy staying here But this time the need was kinda hard. But over all I love this place. Early arrival and enjoy surroundings with the exception of the construction of streets.

Hotel location for me its great.. Besides some front desk women at front desk. Its all great. Pool is always inviting, even in cold weather. Staff is always willing to help (with exception of 1 or 2 people) over all. I WILL CONTINUE TO STAY HERE EVERYONE I VISIT SALTILLO
