All staff members were pleasant, helpful, and responsive to requests.

My husband and I enjoyed this stay. The lighting in the rooms was minimal, which is odd. But the rooms were very nice, very clean, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, overall we were very satisfied.

This hotel seemed great based on reviews, we arrived on time for check in, asked if we wanted first or second floor. Opted for 2nd floor and we found our door. Upon walking in, there was dirty on the floor, and the pull out sofa bed was covered in crumbs and loose change, as well as under the sofa bed on top of the black trundle base, there was half a marker and weird crumbled paper trash. The unit was missing the proper bedding for the pull out bed, no biggie, called down and asked for a second pillow as only one was in the unit for the sofa bed. The pillow arrived with a weird pink stain on the pillowcase. Gross, but after calling they sent up a new pillowcase and the attendant helped us change the pillow case. The outdoor pool was very dirty, several weird rocks at the bottom as well as bugs and weird hair in the pool. We didn’t attempt the hot tub. The rest of the stay seemed normal up to check out day. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 11 am to ask if we were still in the unit. Check out wasn’t until 12PM, and we definitely felt rushed at that point to hurry and pack to leave. Overall we really didn’t have an amazing experience, and would rate this establishment closer to a budget hotel, on an expensive hotel budget. Based on our experience we definitely won’t be back.

The room had bugs.

Say they are dog friendly but put in the fine print $150 a night charge for your dog. That is not pet friendly

Best breakfast and staff. Rooms are a bit smaller than the other suites we stayed at but everything makes up for it!

We had a great stay. Hotel was nice and quiet and hotel was easy to get to. Breakfast was really good also

Convenient location, nice staff!

I am alwaysnlooking fornproperry to fit pur needs and yhis was close to highway to travel to other parts of the area. Satff was acceptional. Friendly, and attentive to questions and needs.

We thought the room was nice, and the breakfast was very good. The reason we rate it 2/5 is because the bedroom had a very loud noise (nearby HVAC) & vibrations of the room/bed continuously which prevented a good night of sleep. We reported the noise to the front desk upon check in, but were told there were no other rooms and nothing they could really do about it.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Our room was clean and spacious had a little outside balcony. We did not use the pool as we only stayed for 1 night, but it looked nice. Easy access to the interstate, restaurants were close by, and if you forgot something there was a WM near.. the front desk staff very friendly and greeted everyone who came in the door.

Staff was super nice, room was clean, easy to get to... and the breakfast buffet was awesome...

Just staying on our way to Ohio. Rooms were big to accommodate all 6 of us and free breakfast was great. Pool was clean and weather was great for July.

Beautiful clean quiet ! Perfect hotel. Even had gluten free quiche for the breakfast which was delicious!

Property was clean and the room was good. We used the pool and hot tub and enjoyed it. The in room kitchen amenities were useful and the onsite laundry was convenient. The main thing needing improvement was that the breakfast area was congested for serving and the daily selection was lacking.

Nice quiet clean family oriented.

Excellent hotel, very clean rooms, well stocked with the basics (cups, silverware etc). Only complaint was the exhaust fan in the bathroom didnt work.

Hotel was clean and mostly quiet. Overall good experience with only 2 real gripes. The AC sounds like a freight train and they charge for parking. Spacious rooms and kitchen were nice.

Somewhat older property, however very clean grounds kept well very family oriented for both children and pets. Kitchen well stocked and great for extended stays and eating in pool and hot tub, clean and well kept however again a little dated but overall four star.

Lady at check in was super friendly. Place was very clean. Just a stress free stay.

The hotel and staff were great. Just a couple things to complain about: the pool was quite small for such as large hotel and so many guests and I am just annoyed that they charged me $3 a day for parking without my knowledge.

Outdoor pool. Front desk worked hard so we could check in early.
