I had to make a quick trip under difficult circumstances (personal), but your hotel really helped. Friendly, personable staff, a very nice, clean and well appointed room, nice pool and workout room, as well as an outdoor gazebo. Very nice breakfast as well. All at a fair price - could not ask for more.

I love Hamptons! This particular stay offered a very spacious room, fresh tasty breakfast that's always better than most hotels. I was very pleased! There was, unusual for Hampton Inns, a bit of dirt in corners of bathroom floor & the rim of sink & base of faucet could've used a bit better cleaning. I'm picky & very observant, though. Beds were comfy. Quiet area. Victoria, at front desk was extreme welcoming, friendly & helpful!!! Didnt have the opportunity to check out pool & fitness room this time.

The front lobby is closed. So you have to use the side to enter. The Jacuzzi was broke. In the middle of nowhere, so you had to drive 10 minutes to get to places And there was 2 creepy cleaning men that were making comments when we got there. Saying, did you see them Talking about me and my daughter. Got to the room there was cheese still in the counter that was moldy.Then found a pill underneath the Ornaments Was supposed to sleep 7, but don't know how that was even possible. We got a studio room We had no body wash, no kleenexes.Restocked. But the ladies at the serviced, us were nice. Our beds were comfortable. They just need to do a better job cleaning

The room was totally fine. However, I called three time to confirm the hot tub was working. Even at checkin I was told it was working. It was not and was taped off. The desk person was very sweet and discounted our two rooms. However, hotels.com will not honor that and we have already paid full price. Unless they make this right, I will never use hotels.com again.

Th staff is great. They were undergoing renovations and so the property was not as advertised, but that is understandable and I’m sure it will be great once completed.

The property is currently under construction, things are a bit out of sort. The air conditioner in the room was very noisy - made sleep difficult.

We were comfortable here. Stayed two nights. Beds were good. Room has a small fridge. Appreciated the low fragrance products in the bathroom.

Very friendly staff who went way out of their way to make our stay great. The room & bathroom was really nice. We didn't have a pull out sofa bed like the description of the room said, though.

Nice hotel could use some more attention to bed linens. They smelled clean but appeared stained. Other than that a great hotel.

The room was good. Our sink was clogged and slow draining. The internet was basically nonexistent. Had to use hotspot from our phones. We did put do not disturb sign on our door and they still came in the room. It worked for this stay but i wouldnt book a room here again.

Booked on Hotels.com 2 double beds @ check in was given a room with a king and fold out sofa. The hotel blamed Hotel.com for double booking. Not the same, 2 doubles vs king and fold out.

We were super disappointed to be told at check in that the pool was closed during our stay. I specifically chose a hotel with a pool so my son and his friend could swim (we were told someone had broken glass in the pool area). They did offer to cancel our reservation so we could go elsewhere but I had paid via hotels.com and had selected the “non-refundable” option so unfortunately we were stuck. I won’t do that again in the future.

This was a nice hotel. The room was clean and well-made and was comfortable beds and pillows and the bathroom was spacious and clean. They’re doing some work on the main entrance so we had to use a side entrance. It was a temporary check in area There are a couple of decent restaurants nearby. It was a good hotel

It was good but the hot tub barely works. My room didn’t have any bath towels we had to call and ask. Out shower had two conditioners and no shampoo. Called the front desk four times and no one answered.

Nice staff. Some things could be improved. No toilet paper in the pool bathroom 2 days in a row. Breakfast area in the “employee break room” was very spotty.

I loved the foot stools in the room, comfy chairs, &’that the bathroom sink was in the bathroom not outside of it. One bad note was that we chose to stay at this location for the hot tub & it wasn’t working properly.
