We have stayed at other hotels in the East Lansing area and the Residence Inn is our favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They react quickly to all requests. Special recognition to Mary at the front desk. She always has a smile and helps us secure our favorite room.

The property was perfect for our stay in Lansing. It was clean, well maintained and a great location. Nice outdoor areas if traveling with pets.

Very clean, very comfortable, great atmosphere, good customer service and fantastic amenities. My teens loved the basketball court and we enjoyed our breakfast on our recent trip to visit MSU. Very convenient to campus

Excellent room at a reasonable price. I wish I had known that it was a pet friendly hotel. I was told once I got there that they could not guarantee a room that had not had a pet in it. Most pet friendly hotels hold certain rooms that are "pet free". I have to say however that I could not tell any pet had ever been in the room. Would stay there again.

Awesome staff. For the first time in my life , when traveling with a kid, I didn’t have to ask for a million times for a crib. It was prepared and waiting for us in the room. The hotel staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for being the best!

This was a really nice hotel. The 1 bedroom suite was so spacious and comfortable. There was a kitchen with just about everything you’d need. I liked the lobby with the fireplace and tv. All in all I’d make this my new place to stay whenever I’m in Lansing.

We enjoyed this hotel. Very nice and quiet. Convenient to the Wharton Center. We came here to see the Beetlejuice Broadway show and it was a quick drive to get there.

Our party of three was accommodated well. We were only their overnight and had to scoot in the morning. We were told breakfast started at 7, but found that much was ready by 6:50 when we left, so we were able to partake after all.
