The check in process was smooth, the staff was very helpful. I felt like it was a warm welcome and knew I could ask for what I needed, as needed.
The only thing was a little bit of cleanliness that was off. The microwave had splatters from a previous guest, and there was a heavy odor of Indian food. It didn't affect me much, but I was worried about it tainting the food I brought. I just made do. It wasn't a big deal.
I was pleased to have a full fridge and stove. I wish I had paid better attention while booking because I would have brought other food and prepared more in the room. I have food allergies and travel with ice packs, and food, so it suited my needs really well to have those amenities.
The bed was super comfy, and I felt like I had privacy.

Rooms have fun and colorful decor. The location is convenient with great restaurants and shops nearby. Easy access to downtown because the light rail runs right in front of the property, and the tickets were given to us for free.

I just stayed one night at the end of a longer trip but will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Portland. The parking is free and they give you trolley tickets. The kitchen is very well equipped or you can walk a few blocks and have a great meal.

Their parking lot is very small, so don't expect a spot if you don't show up early. However staff is very nice and helped us figure out where to park outside of the property.

Loved the room, it was cute and comfortable! The kitchenette was fully stocked. We had a second floor room and the patio was nice with a large door you can keep open in the evening. We especially loved the rooftop deck.

Great neighborhood! Room was big and beautifully decorated, full kitchen. Nice breakfast and parking included. Street car stop right outside and the hotel gives you a free ticket. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

This was a cool hotel in a nice part of town. Great decor and walkable distance to restaurants and shopping as well as Forest Park (if you don’t mind a little hike).

Very accommodating staff. Clean rooms. I was surprised with a full kitchen that had not been advertised at all. Bed was comfy, AC was very noisy, though, a bit problematic for a light sleeper, tried “eco mode, sleep mode, higher temps “… to no help 😫. Overall a great value if you are not a light sleeper !

Real shame as clean, comfortable room and it started well. This hotel was my fave hotel but wouldn't be if this was my first trip. Money on 'being quirky' but lost sight of helpful staff and basics like coffee and any breakfast bread or milk towards end of breakfast time and for locking guests out of the breakfast room the minute breakfast stops. I can stay for half the price nearby and get breakfast. Staff not bothered when I had to complain again. Cleaners shouting up and down the corridor early on a Sunday morning when people may want to rest. Staff didn't ask how my stay was when checking out. After the two days, no surprise she didn't.

This is a great little hotel with so many thoughtful touches like coffee available 24 hours, salt water taffy, free parking, and a yoga mat in the room. The decor is super cute and you can’t beat the location with lots of restaurants, cafes, etc in walking distance and the streetcar stop right in front of the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We will definitely return. A hotel with all the necessary and small details covered at every turn. The accommodations were excellent, the break room for breakfast was good to get you going, the staff (front desk, housekeeping) everyone was amazing and helpful with our interest of the area, where to eat, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay here! I would stay again! Rooms are a great size, especially staying with the kids. Bed are very comfortable and there is a wonderful continental breakfast! The staff is extremely helpful and engaging with all guests, even some of us that check in almost at midnight.

Boutique hotel near a streetcar stop. Clean room with full kitchen and den area. Extremely comfortable bed. The decor is funky but fun. Due to Portland being in the news so much, I googled “safe place to stay in Portland” and I felt safe here although they did warn us not to leave anything visible in our car.

We have stayed there at least 7-8 times over the past 8 years and until this visit enjoyed our time there. We were gone for 6 hours from 9am-3pm and room was not serviced. Gave up and just asked for towels … 2 days in a row. Extremely noisy next door neighbors, very loud heating unit going off and on in fairly short bursts over and over. Was looking forward to the waffles for breakfast but those are discontinued. Will find another hotel option for our future visits to Portland.

Nice, cute hotel in a fun part of town. Easily accessible to the freeways and close to shopping and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast was nice. The only drawback we had was that our room was right next to the elevator and actually shared a wall with it so every time it opened or closed it was audible from the bed. My kid didn’t mind so I left it but had I noticed that when we checked in I would have tried to get another room. Besides that, great!

I arrived early to Inn at Northrup Station, anticipating that I would just drop off my bags and come back later for check in but they were very kind and able to get me into my room right away. The room was spacious, clean, complete with a kitchen, desk, sitting area, and bathtub.
I loved that the offstreet parking was included and that fresh coffee from a local roaster was available 24/7. It felt very safe and secure as well. The neighborhood is walkable with local businesses nearby.
The tram is right outside which was really convenient-the front desk will even give you complementary tickets which I used to visit Powell’s Books. There is some noise/gentle vibration from the tram outside, but it didn’t keep me awake/wake me up. Overall, I’ve found where I’ll stay during visits to Portland from now on!

Fun art, nice sitting spaces in rooms to retreat to at the end of a day. Staff provide knowledge, good recommendations not just random Googling. Breakfast is standard but with good options and fresh fruit.
Great walkable sport and provide tickets for the tram that runs right by the hotel.
Cute and chill, don't miss the deck on sunny days.

The decor is colorful and fun. Staff was friendly and helped us with dining ideas and helped us with information to navigate the public transit system. And, we received a free ticket for it too. This is a great place to stay near lots of exploring.
