We had enough space in our suite and it was just what we needed. However, we won’t be able to stay here for Thanksgiving again. The hotel’s proximity to both the airport and a huge outlet mall made it impossible to get back to the hotel without hitting horrendous traffic. After visiting my sister in Hoboken, it took me almost two hours to drive the 15 miles back to the hotel.

The manager and the staff at this location are terrible. The black lady at the front desk was yelling and screaming full of attitude. There were cats in the lobby and it was stinking. The lady was also having drinks at the front desk.

Not well kept. Elevators had lots of garbage. Below average quality breakfast. Not a good value for the price paid.

It was very expensive but we had no other options. When we arrived they couldn't find our booking, but eventually did. Front desk staff member had no urgency to help anyone. Seemed oblivious to the difficult circumstances which their customers were in.
The halls smelled strongly of old smoke.
The breakfast was good. The kitchen lady was very pleasant and professional.

These rooms are huge! For the price you pay, you get everything and more. We just stayed for a night after our flight got canceled, but we’d book this again if we come to Newark or even NYC and if you’re flying from Newark. It’s less than 5 min drive to the airport. Tons of restaurants around the area.

This hotel is very old , ventilation system probably not maintained properly and room had really high humidity and was stinky . Was unable to open any windows. Old furniture with burned marks. Me and my family were really upset .

Arrived at 5am. Not a normal time to check in. The front desk lady was so welcoming and helpful with a smile. Early check in indeed. After a long international flight saved our day

The room was clean but pretty beat up.
2nd bathroom was the nail strip from the carpet sticking through the carpet at the bathroom transition.
Smelled funky/old.
It’s ok but definitely not worth $300/night plus $150/night dog fee plus tax.

Staff was unfriendly and unprofessional because I booked through a 3rd party. To every question I asked was answered since you didn’t book through Marriott we can’t accommodate or assist you, all I asked was for the 2 rooms I booked to be next to each other. I was told no next time book through Marriott and then they would assist and accommodate me.

Last minute reservation because of Microsoft/airport mess up. Very nice check in and checkout. Breakfast was great. Only complaint the blanket was so old it smelled like gym clothes that don’t come clean. My biggest complaint was finding our res # on Expedia.

The room I reserved as well as those of several others waiting in the lobby were not ready at 8 pm at night, housekeeping was still cleaning them even though checkout is 11am or 12 pm. This resulted in a 15 plus minute delay. Planes pass quite low and loudly, though I mostly did not hear them-maybe due to there being many cancelled flights, but the room was also well insulated. The room, a suite, was clean and finished well.

Pretty pricey for the amenities. One of the bathrooms did not have hot water. There was mold and mildew in both bathrooms.

Upon checkin , during a heatwave, I was not
offered water. The host did not input my information for my points. I scheduled a shuttle pick and the driver passed me up and refused to turn around. I had to wait 15 minutes.
The hotel is old. The carpet in room is raggedy. The couch was sunken in. The wallpaper in bathroom is peeling and the rooms are dated.

The place in general was realy nice, staff was kind and helpful, the place was clean, the breakfast was decent. The coffee not as dark as i like but ok.
The only complaint that i have is the sofa bed. Not as confortable to sleep. Everything else was good. I would come back.

Great location near by Jersey outlet, restaurants and have a bus stop to Newyork and Elizabeth train station infront of the hotel. Breakfeast was good enough. Hotel employees are helpful and cheerful. 7/24 Small open market in the reception desk. Free shuttle service is avaliable for Newark.

It’s a basic average place to stay on a budget, that’s it. I didn’t expect anything more than a budget stay for our family trip to NY/NJ. It’s a small decent size room with a kitchenette, microwave, tv, fridge, queen bed, and a soda bed. There were sufficient bedding for 4 people. The bathroom door lock was broken and even though I repeatedly asked to fix that, no one did. Poor service.
Overall ok. You get what you pay for, simple.
