I just wanted to say that Anita and the housekeeper who tidied up our room went up and beyond the call of duty to assist us with taking a group picture….They were approachable, nice , friendly and made our stay more welcoming. Kiddos Ladies!

The place was very nice but one of there workers let themselves into my room at 3 am while I sleeping. I’m pretty sure they did that when we were gone also because we came back from town one day and the door was open again. I know I closed it! I don’t appreciate it at all. I will not be staying there the next time I come to visit my family

Prior to our stay (5 rooms) Sam G, the GM not only confirmed via phone AND via email that 3 of my rooms would be upgraded complimentary. This was his offer, I did not ask for it. My call was to ask that all rooms be on the same floor. The day before arriving, I spoke with Sissy who also confirmed my three upgrades were still happening & we're all on the same floor. Upon arriving to check in, luck would have it that Sam was there to check me in so I was overjoyed to share my gratitude in person regarding his kind gesture of upgrades. His name tag now says Guest Expert, which is different from his email signature. He says that not only am I NOT getting upgraded but that my rooms ARE NOT on the same floor. I asked him why not because I take care of my elderly parents (1 who's terminally ill) & we MUST be together, never mind the upgrades at this point. He says verbatim "a soccer team showed up & they took precedence over you & needed it more than you because it's a lot of them." Mind you, they're not even paying a fraction of what I am because they've booked a lot of rooms. I work in hospitality so I know the process when booking a team. After going back & forth for what seemed like forever, he FINALLY gave in because I told him that I've never been bamboozled nor seen a bait & switch like this! We were all on the same floor near each other & only 1 room was upgraded. This would've never happened at a Ritz-Carlton or Marriott, which is where I usually stay but it was full.

I went to this property for a weekend staff for a wedding I was attending. The staff was amazing don’t get me wrong but the condition of the rooms was unacceptable. It was a huge stain on one of the pillows. The A/C was extremely loud when cutting on. It was mold in the bathroom on the shower curtain. The downstairs was extremely clean and for us the rooms were extremely unacceptable. Never again please stay away!

Great staff!! From check in to house keeping and maintenance staff, the best. We stayed for a week and met a lot of staff and they are all so kind.
Only improvement I would suggest is in the stairway, its a bit spider infested.
Outside grounds are extremely clean. Inside is also spotless. I definitely would stay again!!

The staff were amazing, very professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the facility is aging, floors smelled musty, the elevators were questionable, often not working when I pressed the button for 1st floor. Sorry, but I would not stay at this facility again.

I stayed here a month ago and somehow my reservation got moved from 6/6 to 7/6. Since the initial reservation was a non-refundable one I am now being charged for a night I did not arrange for.
I am 250 miles away and never had plans to be here on this holiday weekend.

I was in Milledgeville for work and the Laquinta hotel was a diamond in the rough. It's a little off the main road but the property was quiet and safe. The associates were kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was good too.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others.

Its Expedia who people should never use… made reservation and came to me immediately with the wrong dates. I chatted and called to fix within 3 minutes of making it. They are aware their app does this and they used charged me another 30 dollars to fix it. Horrible

The front desk help was lovely! Both people we dealt with were fantastic. There were some maintenance and cleaning that could have been better. For instance, the wall in our bathroom had obviously been patched, but never sanded or painted. There was hair in the back of the bathroom door. Overall, the room met our needs.

Overall not bad. Night clerk was not the friendliest but it is what is it. Wasn’t super new or nice but did the job. Breakfast was acceptable

We enjoyed our stay! It was convenient. The property was very nice. I felt safe! The room was really nice also! Bed was comfortable. The bathroom had recently been redone and was very clean. I will definitely stay there again when I am in town!
