Empty tissues box in bathroom.
No extra roll of toilet paper.

It was very festive
My room was dirty especially the bathroom which had stains and hair in it. The carpet was filthy and when I reached out to the front desk there was no response until 8 hrs later when I called back. I ended up packing my things and going to a new hotel.

You didn't honor my Booking.com reservation and sent us away BUT still charged my credit card.
Please contact me to reverse the charge as soon as possible. I realize you are hopelessly short staffed, as was evident on Saturday, but please take care of this. We booked 2 rooms but you only had one.

Clean, friendly, good breakfast choices, quiet, comfy beds.
Pool under maintenance during stay; small cafe or restaurant or bar would make it complete.

This place was easy to find with ample parking. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were great with multiple hot and cold food choices. The bed was the most comfortable I have experienced in quite a while.

Accommodations were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient at their job.
Breakfast was really bad. A small bag of mini waffles, dry eggs, then trying to wash down with small bottle of water. No milk or juices. Had to go out for breakfast. I feel like what I paid for a room should include a nice, hot breakfast. I think we are past covid now to blame on it
