Expensive for what you get. Breakfast is $30 each. Supper $28.00 for Hamburger and fries each. Room service, add $5 for tray delivery. Bottle of coke $5, muffin, $4, oatmeal $14.
Fridge isnt cold enough, even at highest setting. TV remote didnt work and we had to ask for another.
And parking, self parking, $80, or valet parking $100.
Asked for quiet room away from excessive noise and not near families as we're seniors with a small dog. And also nothing above 10th floor.
We were on floor 21 and all of the rooms near us were filled. What we experienced all day were the careless opening and closing of the heavy steel room doors which got our dog barking. Cleaning staff starting too early in the morning. Noisy.
No affordable places within to eat. It gives you option to have breakfast or dinner. You have to leave the hotel to find suitable places by foot, which in downtown Toronto is not easy.
We assumed this Hilton Downtown Toronto had the same menu and prices at Toronto Garden Suites near the airport. We couldnt view online menus for Toronto Hilton but were given access to the menus at the Garden Hilton and 'assumed' that the prices and menu were going to be identical being the Hilton name.
We were indeed shocked to see the huge indescrepencies in prices and menu offerings.

Located in the downtown area, it was convenient to get around on foot, and it's a great hotel for traveling with kids. The hotel pool was also excellent.

Very nice, contemporary urban hotel. Staff is very accommodating.
Only drawback: the music piped-in to the Lobby/bar area/restaurant was always a bit too loud and too disco/hip-hop/heavy beat to satisfy any but a relatively narrow demographic.

We were very disappointed with our stay because we went to swim at the pool only to find tons of mice scurrying around.
We also ordered dessert at the bar for 3 kids and 1 adult and the bartender did not care to inform us that the dessert would be wasted as the portions were huge. It would have been very helpful if we had been told that one portion was enough for all of the kids to share.

My husband and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary and decided to take a trip to Niagara Falls. We planned to take a break from the long drive in Toronto, and wow, we were amazed by the excellent stay at this hotel! Not only did we receive a beautiful room with a privileged view, but we were also welcomed with a bottle of wine in the room, making our celebration even more memorable.
We were extremely satisfied with the buffet breakfast—it’s worth every penny for the quality of the food. To top it off, there’s a pool with an incredible view and heated water, adding to the overall experience.

The valet was rude. It was very busy but he was less than I would have expected. The check in counter worker was busy worrying about an employee schedule being posted and not helpful. The young man who took my bags to my room was helpful and sweet. The hotel should be pleased to have him on staff. The room was loud because it was close to elevators. It was clean and in a good location. When I do it again I’ll choose a different hotel merely due to the rude valet.

The garage off the roundabout was so convenient, I already recommended the hotel a few times. The view and room was amazing. Downstairs restaurant also has a lovely steak fritte.

Phone didn’t work, and there was no literature about the hotel or the area, the breakfast we ordered didn’t come as ordered. Not that it matters when you’re in a city with as much to do as Toronto but the TV cable / subscription service was brutal even most three star places will let you log in with your own Netflix account.
Valley service was fantastic and takes some stress out of arriving in a new city, staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The price quoted on Expedia was different to what Hilton was charging.I ended up paying more than advertised. Also, additional charges started appearing on my credit card after check in every day. Check your bill! The team were accommodating regarding the room. I had requested that the booking include breakfast but this was additional- very few options for a gluten free vegetarian - I had to find my own rather disappointingly.

The hotel was beautiful and the housekeeping staff and front desk staff were lovely!!! There is a really swanky bar on the main level that seemed so classy and we wanted to have drinks before we left the hotel so on our last night we enjoyed a couple of drinks. The waiter and waitress didn’t seem to want serve us more than one drink in fact, the man brought the bill when we had decided we were going to have a second drink. They were not personable whatsoever and the lady a few seats down from me even had to ask for something to munch on. It seemed like they had better things to do than wait on customers. The glasses were nice and the ambiance was so inviting but the bar staff… yeah no! We will return for sure but we will find a different bar.

The room was excellent, easy check in and check out. Loved the valets parking. The restaurants on property were very good and we especially loved the atmosphere and music in the lobby/restaurant.
