It was a great experience, very good attention, comfortable and clean room, the restaurant food very well, wide and clean swimming pools.

Very dated. No ice machines. The rent out their gym to locals so it’s always packed and you can never use any of the equipment .

I didnt like the fact that the hairdryer in the room was faulty and as soon as my daughter used it in just 1-2 seconds it burned her hair and a lot of hair got cut off and fell off . The room smell burned , i called the desk right away , they just said sorry and we will call engineering. A guy came and said it is the hairdryer that is faulty and not wall plug. So we get is just a sorry. Nice.
Good thing she started blow dry the lower part of her hair or else she will have a bald spot .
Also, food is so expensive, not much choices.
No entertainment, just someone singing during happy hour near the pool. 5-8 i think.

This location was fantastic and the staff was amazing. We enjoyed that the pool and poolside restaurant and bar was open later which allowed us to do the site seeing that we enjoyed in the daytime and relaxing in the evening. The beach access was fantastic along with the historical site as part of the property. The sunset views were amazing too. 10/10.

My family and another family visited Hilton Barbados and we had a great time overall but I think there could have been more activities by the pool area (they had activities posted daily but some of the pool activities such as the Aqua Soca didn't happen and we were disappointed). I would go back to this location.

Love the location. Rooms was cleaned daily but the furniture in the lobby is dirty. The room attendance are polite and did a great job in the room in cleanliness and amenities.
Employees were focused on their tasks and very professional and polite and friendly.
The Spa experience was okay. The massage was exhilarating however found the overall experience is not one of encouragement perhaps because there’s no need to “sell” the experience. Makeda? In the gym was the epitome of professionalism. An ambassador of your leisure area. The pool team including the ladies at the beach bar are courteous, friendly and professional.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, we encountered a significant condensation issue in our room. Upon returning to the room, my wife slipped on the wet floor and hurt her hip. Additionally, security checked on us only once and there was no follow up afterwards. While the stay was enjoyable, addressing the condensation problem and improving security checks would enhance safety and guest comfort.

The site was excellent alsio,there are other beautiful beaches, very close by. I really loved the steel pan music, played, by a young man.

Hilton built this property in 2005 and forgot it. While the walls look semi-freshly painted, not much reinvestment has occurred. The doors leading into the hallways are barely held together. Stains on almost all the carpets. Room service trays remain in the hallways for days at a time. Pools are pretty disgusting. Paint chipped off everywhere and in desperate need of a good pressure wash.
Staff in all the restaurants and service areas are hit or miss. Some are great while others have completely forgotten that tourists are their entire livelihood.

Hotel is starting to show wear. I've stayed here years ago and it was in much better shape. One of the elevators kept getting stuck so I suggest using the stairs. None of the ice machines work on any of the floors so you have to call room service but they never brought any ice once lol. They have a nice fitness center however they let locals become members so it is packed and difficult to get to use any of the equipment. There are also trainers for the members who will not let you use equipment as they like to superset in a gym that only has 20 pieces of equipment; doesn't make sense. All in all, find a different hotel to stay for the price.

Although I went right after Hurricane Beryl, it was still a lovely stay. All of the the staff at the hotel were amazing. My favorites were Dominique from the steakhouse and Stephon from the bar. The location was ideal, not too far from everything and walking distance from local shops and breakfast restaurants. Will be recommending.

Beautiful views. Lots to do- aqua aerobics, hot tub, two pools, spa, bar, restaurants and of course access to the pink sand beach! Great location and friendly service.

They were very irresponsible because I had paid everything in full with Expedia before arriving and they ignored it and tried to collect from me $1685 so I needed to make a dispute with American Express. I took 3 days to get my money back. It is not a trustworthy administration.i leave the hotel 3 days before because I can not be an hotel like that

The room was great but the food is awful. It’s all processed food that is frozen and tossed in the oven. Nothing is fresh. Big disappointment with the food.
