The staff were some of the best I’ve ever come across at a hotel. Extremely welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Mauritius. The hotel has great links to the airport, and there are a range of things to do/see and eat with its three restaurant options (all of which serve extremely high quality food). 10/10 for me, the staff truly made the experience so special.

The staff were extremely helpful. Our room was excellent and the hotel is in a great location. We would definitely recommend the Hilton.

We had the most wonderful time during our stay. The property is amazing,situated on the beach. The staff are friendly and always went above and beyond. Especially the guys working at the Hibiscus bar. (Abin,Vishof,Famles,Gilles and Ameer)From a perfect barista cappuccino to a glass of Rosé or cocktail by the pool for sunset. Always friendly and professional.

Очень странное место. Раньше было явно красиво. Территория большая, красивая и могла бы быть зеленой, если бы поливали. Но трава вся высохшая. Пляж тоже требует уборки от листьев. Вроде красиво, но не ухожено( Еда вкусная, но маленький выбор. Персонала почти нет. И он делится на 2 категории: почти все куда-то прячутся и только пару человек искренне пытаются помочь. Отдельное спасибо ребятам из бара у инфинити бассейна- очень вкусный кофе. И большой вопрос к менеджменту- что с питьевой водой в ресторанах? Пить невозможно - сильно отдает хлоркой!!! Если ехать издалека отдыхать - точно не сюда. Если по делам и не находиться постоянно в гостинице - то ок.

Good value for money, a bit outdated rooms and bathrooms, but nice personnel With good vibes. And btw; crazy beautiful sunsets!

Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa is by far one of the best hotel in Mauritius and we will definitely be back in the future!

The good: - Lush environment - Nice room (deluxe family). Big with 2 bathrooms, like a connected 2-apartment room with 1 entrance. - Nice restaurant really near the sea. The bad: - The floor in the room dirty, after walking barefoot an hour feet were very dirty so floor seemed to not have been cleaned/washed since a long time - The reception doesn't seem to trust you. Even though being asked if we took anything from the minibar and answered no, they still need to manually check it to "believe" you. - The main pool not so clean and not maintained - lots of cracks on the bottom floor and water a bit dirty. However lush and nice otherwise. - Really expensive half/full-board for families with small kids not eating very much. - Drones not allowed anywhere over hotel area. Maybe ok as a hotel policy but nice information to have if you own a drone and want to take nice holiday air-footage. - Slow service in beach restaurant and bad value for money. - No kids allowed in the infinity-pool so we could not use it at all during our days there. Really disappointing. I'd say this hotel is more suited for couples than families. Families have a better choice staying at Sugar Beach resort next door, much more family friendly.

Staff were terrible and beach front suite needs to be renovated

Service was phenomenal. Beautiful facility. Room was absolutely beautiful. Food was good. Not many American Dishes available.

Very beautiful, spacious and comfortable resort. The buffet was really great for all meals and we enjoyed the live music played during the evenings. The hotel offered a very good wifi connection, which is often hard to find in other hotels. We also liked that the staff was helpful: we were initially given a room connected to another, which was very noisy; we could change the room quickly and get a much quieter one. If you like diving, the dive center located in a nearby hotel will pick you up at the Hilton. One small inconvenient: we found the price of the meals/drinks a bit high. But appreciated the quality, so it was ok for us.

If you want to stay in Flic-en-Flac, stay here! The views are incredible - the view at the front of the hotel is almost unreal it is so beautiful. The views from our room were equally amazing - especially the sunsets.The staff are really helpful.The hotel is convenient for supermarkets etc. A great walk along the beach.Breakfast is great! Very plentiful food.The free water sports/ dolphin watching are well worth doing. Definitely do the sunset hike. The sunset views were well worth it!The only issue we had was getting our room cleaned, as sometimes it wasnt cleaned by 3pm.It really was the perfect location and we had the most wonderful holiday here.

The family room was perfect for us, Ginger Thai restaurant was excellent, breakfast was good. Best of all was the staff who provided amazing service with a smile.Big thank you to them for making it such a memorable holiday.

The hotel and the staff is amazing, love architecture and low construct.But, the hotel is in need of a little bit of refresh, or touch up in both the rooms and hotel area.I would recommend the hotel, but personally I would say its better suited for low season, when the price is more reasonable and a loooot fewer people.I stayed for two weeks in a seaview doubleroom, by the infinity pool - which is also located further away from the nightly entertainment that could be quite loud if you have your room close.And they dont need a band or DJ every night, sometimes we wished it wouldve just been a quiet evening by the bar / lounge / beach.

Amazing can’t wait to go back. Only issue was a dripping shower that woke me up a few times. Food was outstanding!

Lovely hotel along a fantastic beach.The hotel is big but there was always free sunbeds along the beach and round the pools.We never ate at the main restaurants but the food we ate on the beach and room service wasn't too bad.Staff were all lovely and really friendly and the bars and entertainment are great each night.The beach is amazing to walk along and the sea is super still and lovely to swim in, there is also great number of free water-sports for guests.
