not everyday I get impressed with Hotel and its service but the staff here is phenomenal! Absolutely awesome, they even called mid stay to ask if we were ok, anything we needed. all the staff are super helpful and the hotel is awesome! The spa is great as well, massage was great, pool is great.

Completely overwhelmed by the level of service provided. My first visit to Sri Lanka has been the most pleasant because of the good security, high level of customer service right to the details when the housekeepings level of attention to my personal habits. Impressive is an understatement to be honest. Simply love it!

Beautiful hotel with very helpful And courteous staff. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed our stay with 4 rooms across 2 families. Highly recommend!

This is a great hotel in the middle of Colombo. This was the hotel that was hit by the terrorist attack a few years ago but that should put you off. The staff are amazing Rooms lovely and so clean Loads of restaurants in the hotel of all types so there really is something for everyone. Pool is nice but the sister hotel Lakeside I think has a better pool and locationz

Room not comfortable. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner very very bad. Staff unhelpful. Overall very unhelpful won’t be booking for next visit

Shoutout to Ali in the Exec Lounge, he went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.

There was mould in our bathroom and the staff did nothing about it. One of the housekeepers lied to us by saying it was part of the tile design.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and attentive. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice and room and pools were beautiful and clean

The staff were extremely. courteous and helpful. SANJEEWA KUMARA, LAKMAL, NISHANKA, SAMANTHA and a Burgher gent I cannot remember his name . Dias and Gunawardena at the main doors are really professional. Too much talking at the breakfast desk.by staff member in suit. Not friendly. For an international hotel power points in room not efficient in charging phone and laptop. When entering and checking in had a bad experience when butler demanded my passport and home address. He took it to reception and was scanning it with help from desk staff member.. This needs to be followed up as personal information is not his business. Time of checking-in was approximately between midnight and 2. 00 am. did not see him in morning but saw him on Thursday morning {7th}. Please follow this up. The hotel needs to provide better service for charging phones. International phone sockets must be provided. Staff at front desk were so very helpful and must be applauded for their services in helping me to keep phone charged. I enjoyed my stay at Cinnamon Grand and will always choose CG as my first option. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND HIGH STANDARD.

Good hotel

The executive suite was outstanding along with the service. Very attentive staff. The restaurants on site were amazing and many to visit felt like a resort

We asked for a room close to the lift n they gave something that was the farthest

we were given a older room which was on a differend wing. The room was aging

The customer service was excellent. The staff were always obliging and polite and an excellent buffet at the Plate Restaurant, good choice of restaurants. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Great service

Service was good, location is great. Wanted a high floor which seemed to confuse everyone and I stayed in my 3rd floor room listening to road noise but it was bearable. Otherwise good.

Spent a wonderful 5 nights at the Cinnamon Grand in Feb 2023. Across the board the staff was excellent - very helpful and friendly. We dined at Plates and other restaurants and had excellent meals. Would highly recommend the Cinnamon Grand to anyone staying in Colombo.
