The bathroom was quite small in our ground floor queen size bed room but met our needs for a one night stay.

Mini trip for my husband's birthday. We love the area, nice hotel. Room was cozy.

The hotel is very conveniently located. You can easily walk to restaurants and stores.

Staff was awesome. Enjoyed our stay. Only problem was we got back late at night and our key cards did not work for our room. Luckily staff was still on site but could have been really bad had they left (it was already past 10pm).

I chose this hotel because it is located near the Amtrak station. I also liked the low nightly rate. The only con is the small bathroom.

Cute place downtown. We were there during the Heritage Festival, and the location was very convenient. Parking area was full, so we had to park on the street. Plan accordingly.

This was a very small and older establishment, with an interesting square two story building surrounding an internal car parking lot. I parked on the street! The room was small, with just a single queen bed and a window type air conditioner poking out. This worked very well indeed, but was very noisy when it came on, waking me several times during the night. There was also a repetitive loud rapping type noise that happened several time while I was in the room, again waking me up at 1 AM! The bathroom was cramped, with no counter space and a small 3'X3' shower, but all worked fine. They had Wi-Fi although the connection was slow, hampering an MS Teams meeting that I got on. No breakfast or lobby functions really. There is a small restaurant next door, but that didn't open until 8 AM, and specialised in breakfast?! Overall a good experience but I need a stay with breakfast included and better business accommodations.

Our room smelled strongly of urine. We had to suffer through the first day but the second day they did a deep cleaning. This helped, but there was still a light smell. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they just couldn't get the smell totally out. They did offer us another room on the last night of our stay.

Cute and clean, bathroom window was to a back street, not very safe for my girls, they should have not put us there. Just saying...they gave us cockers and made up for the shower getting fixed, very nice of them, beds very squeaky and walls thin from up above.

It’s a very central location and I’m not sure if it smelled a bit like (dare I say it) urine in the lobby; it was covered up by another fragrance and air purifier but the scent was still there. It’s a very cute hotel with limited parking (8 -10 spaces) but they are so gracious to have worked out a deal so any of their guests can park anywhere near the property and will not get fined! The room we stayed in was humid when we walked in and the a/c doesn’t work that great but it was bearable. It is VERY clean which is awesome 👏 and the beds are comfy!!! We only stayed one night so it was just right. The staff was very nice and helpful in pointing us to restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. But our stay was terrible, as the AC was too loud and even kept making noises for hours after we turned it off (until 3am…) The sound insulation was also poor, and we were woken up at 6am by the noises from the outside.

the front desk lady was amazing! i feel terrible i didn’t get her name but she had short, blonde hair. i was going to a wedding and i didn’t have somebody to help me so she helped me zip my dress and put my necklace on! great stay

The rooms were small but comfy and homey feeling. They were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job tidying up. The only thing we found off putting about the room was how loud the air conditioning was. The front desk staff were friendly and inviting. However, the parking was lacking. We had to park up the street from the hotel a couple times, which wasn't easy when carrying things, like luggage, to the room from the car. Considering the hotel is located in a fairly safe neighborhood, safety wasn't a concern as much as the inconvenience. Overall our stay was wonderful. We loved the charm of the old hotel with some more modern updates. Definitely will stay here again the next time we come out to visit.

The hotel was nice and clean, and comfortable. I had a great experience with the hotel staff.. until I left. I called after checking out to try and come back to get my necklace and bracelet that I 100% left in the room on accident. Knowing exactly where I hung it before showering that morning, but they said it wasn’t turned in and it wasn’t in the room. Sadly whoever cleaned the room either tossed it (which would be weird!) or kept it. The bracelet had very sentimental value to me, it held a photo of my deceased father and I. :(

The room was comfortable but small. Bathroom adequate but towels were cheap and old. Better towels were delivered to doorstep on final night, coincidentally. Bathroom floor needs redo.

Great spot

My room was nice and very clean, but a little on the small side. It was very quiet and had a fridge and microwave, which I appreciated. All in all, a good stay. I will definitely stay there again if I'm back in Camarillo.
