Both front desk attendants, evening and morning shifts, were very helpful and kind. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable.

The only problem we had was the shower. It was a handicap shower but it was broke you had to hold it all the time or drop it in bottom of tub. Everything else was fine room clean, bed was comfortable.

The room was clean, staff was friendly. The carpet in the hall was warn and dirty. When we went down for breakfast at 7:30am, there wa no hot food left. I thought that was strange considering breakfast hours wre from 6am to 9am. We ended up going somewhere else for breakfast. Not a huge problem, but I always choose motels with complimentary breakfast to save time and money.

The first room we received, it had a really bad mold smell & we looked up at the ceiling and seen big black mold above one of the beds. Staff was very nice and quick to give us another room with no problem but again, in the next room it was decent except for the sink in the bathroom. It was leaking all over and into the floor. The place is okay to stay at if you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep at a cheap price, but I probably wouldn’t bring my family or myself there again just based on my experience.

Clean room…. No hair dryer, which I didn’t realize until I needed it. I was offered a different room, but declined since it was hours after check in and I did not want to pack up and move. Take note to look for hair dryer ;-)

The staff was very nice at checkin and check out and even during breakfast. But the room was horrible. The tv was blue, the volume could not go up or down. There were splatters on the wall by the bed and in bathroom not sure what that was!!!! Bedding was not the cleaniest! I have used Choice hotels many times and this time I was not satisfied!

Environment was pretty calm but the room ventilation was poor.. no fan in the bathroom to suck out the steam and room smells muggy as a result. Staff were awesome though.

We travelled 14 hours to reach hotel from Houston Texas. We were excited our desk clerk was same nice man from our last year travel.
Rooms are nice, clean and everything works perfectly. Easy walking distance to restaurants. We will definitely be back again next year and hope to see and talk to our sane desk clerk

Terrible, not a worth a penny, the guy at the front desk was friendly, but everything else a disaster, if you can pay more stay somewhere else.

Room price was over double the normal rate due to events in the area. The condition of the facility was below others I have stayed in. The room door would not close properly, had to almost slam to latch. Hair dryer in the bathroom was melted, grout in bathroom was dirty and black. Mattress was very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle.
However, Daniel, the night clerk during our stay was exceptional

Toilet float valve was broke. Water was already constantly running but tank would not fill up when we got there. No one on site to fix it so we constantly had to go down stairs to the public restroom every time. Lots of noise up down the hallway after a reasonable night time hour

The staff at this hotel were extremely cordial and helpful. The lady at the breakfast bar was a delight. I watched her patiently explain to a child how to make waffles to a preteen child. Her attitude was so different than many workers today.
The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The improvement I see they need to make would be updating their tubs ( very small) and providing drapes that fully close to block out light. I clipped them closed with two pants hangers!
Overall, a very good value.

The property was nice clean staff was friendly. I didn’t need my room cleaned the first day as I got in late the night before. But my room was not cleaned the second day which surprised me I had even spoken with Housekeeping to say I had left the room it is ready to be cleaned and she said OK she would let my housekeeper know. That was the only flaw in my stay. I was concerned about the microwave in my room and it was changed out immediately. I would stay here again on my next trip.

Nice hotel but needs work on tile around shower. Had to take lid off commode so it would fill in between flushes. But otherwise ok for an overnight stop to the next destination breakfast was marginal.

The property overall was fine. The guy who checked us in was degrading and condescending. He acted completely unprofessional to myself and to the lady in front of me. I was very close to losing my money for the room that night just because he was so disrespectful and unprofessional. I travel all over the country and have never felt anywhere the way he made me feel. Classic case of someone who uses his position to try and make other people feel small. Will never stay here again just because of that experience.

The hotel was in good condition and comfortable. Only reason I don't rate 5 stars is b/c the entry light was not working and the frames and lamps were dusty, pehaps the vacuuming was skipped or the carpet produces too much lint. Other than that, I slept well and felt safe. I recommend Comfort Inn hotels.

The property had many issues and has not been updated in forever. The curtains would not close out the parking lot lights from shining in the room all night. The chair at the desk would not go up at all. It was lowered all the way and would not respond to the height controls. The beds were uncomfortable. There was nothing on the bathtub floor to keep me from slipping. Overall it is an old building that has not been updated from the yesteryears of the 80s.

We had two different rooms. One smelled like a wet dog and the other like very strong cigarettes. The floors were so nasty that we were unable to walk barefoot because our feet were BLACK. The sinks and tubs were clogged up and would hardly drain. The outside pool was green and disgusting. Overall, it was filthy. I absolutely will not stay here again.

Tried to book through the hotel directly. However, after four attempts of being placed on hold, i booked through expedia. Their website states that they "openly accept pets". They dont mention that they charge a substantial fee per pet until you arrive. The desk attendant was quite rude and tried to tell me that i should have booked direct, and I explained the scenario. He stated that the Google telephone number was incorrect. It was one lie after another. I called the google number later and watched him answer...

Excellent front desk staff, friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet, the beds were comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, the lady overseeing breakfast was friendly and very helpful, we will definitely stay here again when visiting.
