Enjoyed the property. Clean and modern with a cabin feel. Just wish the hot tub was open.

Great little cabin getaway location. If we had time, would have been a neat place to stay a few nights and hang out around the fire pits or get in the heated pool

We loved the cabins! We saw quite a couple black bears behind our cabins which was both cool and a bit scary! We loved the camp fire in the middle of the property!

Our room was filthy- flies and bugs in the windows and bathroom.
The coffee area to help yourself and to cookies was disgusting. You can see the juice machine and the sink is rusted and gross. Games room was nice and cool but very outdated.
Our room we had people above us, very loud, you can bear people walking but our neigbours checked in or came home after 11pm ran up and down the stairs. No cell service to call front desk. No phone in the room. Tv turned on but not connected to wifi. Wifi was weak and poor.
Initally I wasn't going to even leave the review due ti the devastating wildfires that happened a day after we left, but after several emails about my stay I decided to write this.
To note the next day we travelled to the douglas fir in Banff and the difference was night and day in terms of service, cleanliness. For what I paid Miette was NOT worth it. Oh and no hot tub too.

This was a cute place even though there cabin I was in was NOT the pictures on the website or Expedia. The log looking ones are only about 8 of them, the rest are just basic cabins from the outside… but the inside was fully refreshed and cute.

I chose this spot because of the hot tub but was informed a few days before its not working. Was a little bummed about that.

The property was clean and our room was comfortable. The property has a pool and nice sitting areas outside with natural gas fire pits. The only thing that would be nice to have is a breakfast service. The price for the room was very expensive but it is high season so I suppose that is all about supply and demand.

A very nice well equipped log cabin. Well supplied kitchen. Great location on way to hiking trails and hot springs. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really enjoyed the complementary hot drinks and treats. Great games room if weather is bad. We weren’t able to use the hot tub or bbq as they were out of action during our stay, but didn’t have to pay the facilities fee. Easy to find resort just off the highway.

Quiet resort of cabins and motel units. We were in one of the panabode motel units. Room was clean and spacious. However the bathroom was small. It had no counter space for toiletries. The shower was extremely small but had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The wifi did not reach our cabin but the front desk staff kept insisting it should work. I wish they had just been upfront about it working in the lobby only.
Cell service was very limited which is not unexpected 40 km from town.
Lots of bears nearby but they were well behaved while we were there!
Saw a few kids enjoying the heated pool. Hot tub was out of order but we were compensated for this.

Stayed here a few times over the last few years and will keep coming back. Great trails, cabins are very clean and nice. Quiet and staff are friendly and helpful. Just watch out for the bears,lol.

We really enjoy the view and the installations for entertainement. Everything was really clean also.

The cabin we stayed at was of high quality and offered full size kitchen and two queen size beds upstairs. The cabin can have up to six people, however, we used it as a gathering place with my friends who were staying in other cabins. It is located in the very quiet forest and there were two BBQ grills and two fire pits in the central area. We were able to play ping pong in the entertainment room and the variety of coffees and soda were of decent quality.

Incredible accomodations. The staff are amazing and the cabin was beautiful. There is enough stuff to do right there onsite, a person could spend their entire vacation right there. Completely satisfied.

The private cabin was lovely and had a little deck. The bed was comfortable.

Very remote and no food options. Property was okay, we booked a 2 bedroom suite but only one was a room the other was just an open loft no bathroom attached. We had to go down to use the bathroom. In our 2 day stay one night we had issues with heating but they fixed it the next day.
