The location was great lots of shops to walk to For dining options. Nice walkable distance to a few shops for clothing options. Parking was easy. I thought this was a great location. The staff was amazing and very helpful. The only negative thing I could say is the Hotels was a little dated.

No free breakfast. They make you pay 16.95 for their breakfast

The room smelled musty and the bathroom was dirty and the bathtub was sticky. The pool was dirty and the pool toilet was dirty disgusting

There was barking all night & morning with my stay. Then was dog poop just laying in the hallways after telling the front desk . So about 5 hours poop was just left in the hallway

No cleaning of the rooms, even though I requested it on the second day after they missed cleaning my room. Hotel is very old and outdated. Needs a major makeover. Hopefully my last stay here.

It was awesome! Everything was close by I definitely recommend this hotel, the area was nice with a lot of good restaurants near by.

My suite had rusted fixtures

It is conveniently located for walking to restaurants and the multiple stores around the area.

Clean quiet and good location

The hotel service was not as advertised. I was told that the swimming pool was under maintenance. I had repeated issues entering my room because of key card entry failure. We had to wait long until maintenance worker comes to open the room. I asked for room change, but was told all rooms were occupied. I had to checkout after one night stay, discussing with the manager

Overall a decent hotel. Stayed in a basic room with a tv, microwave, and mini fridge. The room was clean. The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location is the best, the parking is a bit weird and the rooms are ok.

The staff was friendly and helpful!. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

I don’t know what to put because even though the stay was decent this hotel overcharged my card and won’t refund what they owe me. Granted, I checked in through this third party, but when I book for $956 and then noticed I charged $1,414.40 after I left it puts a damper on things and they were trying to say I was asking for a cancellation refund, but I never cancelled. It’s the fact that I book for an amount and they make the mistake, but can’t rectify the issue.

Horrible the 1st room we was in had water damage and so they moved us the next room was nasty and the shower leaked all night into the floor

I thought they would bring me fresh towels, they didn’t! I was there a couple of days Had to ask for more coffee too

Hotels.com booked us at the wrong Hilton and the staff upon checking us in, didn’t explain where anything was, what they offered for complimentary breakfast or other amenities. They didn’t explain where to park being in the city and how to get to our room. All the snacks they offered in their pantry were $6, even for a snickers bar. CRAZY!

The lobby was excellent. The rooms were dated and not clean. The bedspread was terrible. The bathroom tiles dirty, chairs had spots . Filthy

Our stay was fine except the hot tub wasn’t working and no one could tell us when it would be operational. We had to leave before they fixed it!

Drawer cabinet is broken.. Bathub is not draining.. Receptionist is jot approachable… Key in the door is very hard to use… unable to use i. The swimming pool area

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in a long time. Everything that could have gone wrong during our stay went poorly. We found a pair of smelly underwear in the room once we entered 1 of 3 rooms. When the problem was addressed at the front desk, the issue was assigned to the housekeeping manager. However, she delegated the responsibility to the employee, who was very annoyed to be asked to readdress the room again. She was so irritated that the bathroom door was locked from the inside upon her departure, which caused us to call for the engineer to come and unlock the door. The a/c unit failed in the same room, creating a health issue (disabled veteran). We waited for hours for a response to our complaint. The HVAC unit had to be replaced, ultimately bringing the room temperature to a bearable environment. Ordinarily, I would have concluded that this was just an anomaly in our travel plans, but the problem seemed to be magnified when I expressed my disappointment.

Wonderful place to stay

Stains on the chair in the room, make up on the comforter suggesting it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. The carpet looks like it was 30 years old. The whole place needs to be redone. Staff was really nice however.
