Good for a quick stay and convenient because right next to the fwy. Only bad thing is the other guest staying with pets we’re letting their dogs pee and poop near the stairs and some dogs would bark.

Basic room for a quick stay. No fridge or microwave even in the lobby. Room door had zero sound barrier, could hear the freeway all night. Biggest issue was finding an outlet to plug in phones and things, they were almost all blocked by built in furniture. Barely found one unblocked by the center nightstand only. Overall just a overnight accommodation at best.

Never cleaned tleoom brought towels and never said I could not have a cooker there and was not a comadated for lower level

Decent place to stay.. beds could be better.. overall for a place in Pomona.. seems pretty safe to take your family, they got security at night

Everything was fine except the bathroom had no fan.

We were at the music festival and didn't want to drive back to LA that night so they saved us. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were clean. The shower worked well. There was an In and Out right across the street.

They have good people working here that does their best to ensure a positive experience for guests. I have had more interactions with staff working at night and they are efficient and friendly.

This was the worst stay!

When I arrive to check in, they asked me if I had a reservation. I was unaware that I had one yet. My mom had booked it for me in my name and then I said no they told me they had no rooms available and that had a reservation came back with a reservation and they told me they still have no rooms available, even though I have a reservation Till six 7 PM it was three or 4 PM

I have stayed here multiple times and it’s been good. I don’t understand the bad reviews but if a person is going there expecting 5 star accommodations, not going to happen. This isn’t a new motel, the housekeeping staff does do a good job at keeping the rooms clean upon check in.

The property was well-kept but short-staffed. Meaning, you may need to bring your own towels if at all possible. Other than that, the neighborhood was quiet, well-to-do, and nobody bothered anybody. Nice pool as well—unfortunately we left before we got a chance to try it out.

The hotel / room needs to be cleaned for Cockroaches. I did not have a chance to take pictures and show them. Yet I am
Confident that management is aware of this issue , there was no more rooms available to switch rooms. My stay was decent despite the unwelcoming insects in my room.

Value for money. In n Out across the road, petrol also. More eateries about 15min walk along Garey Av. Although no hot drink making in room, it was available in reception Free WiFi / Internet worked great

We booked the room with a refrigerator, but nothing was there. We did not provide shampoo and conditioner.
All the icemakers were not working!

Late last night the water pressure was very very low. And this morning I got up to take a shower no water to take a good shower. I had reserved room 248 . I had to leave without a shower. So I'm hoping I can get compesated or a percent off I have been staying there . I am gonna keep reserimg agaom today.

Once I arrived the clerk told me that she didn't have any clean rooms and that the room didn't have air conditioning. I ended up driving to a different location

You get what you pay for. Room was very basic, but you can tell the latch has been tampered with. Overall area was very sketchy. Love the fact that they allow pets, but please enforce the maintaining of the property when doing so. Smelt of feces the entire stay. Last choice stop if necessary.

Pillows have cigarette burns, mattress is nasty, another guest was givin my room also and walked in as I was sleeping. And the key card had to be rebooted all 4 days. Terrible.
