Cockroaches in rooms and Hispanic lady at the front desk was unnecessarily rude to numerous guest while we were there as well as us. Would not recommend

I stayed 3 night and had to stop at office and wait in line everyday to get a passcode for the gate and a nee keycard for room door. They said it was so unsafe that tgis was necessary, i have been working in the area for 8 months and this was only hotel that did this. They said my rrom was remodeled but the bathroom window would not shut so I had to shove towels in the space to keep bugs out. I moved to another hotel and would never come back. Still waiting in my deposit back amd will be calling my bank.

There was a busted pipe the motel staff didn’t inform the guests that the water would be shut off for hours. The ppl next door to me were loud as hell yelling there kids were constantly trying to open the adjoining room door.would never stay here again

These people would not let me check in or cancel. It was because they were having system errors which were no fault of mine.
I had to come back to the property two days later to explain once again the situation and why I should not have been charged. They should offer me a comp for all the time and energy I had to spend on this for nothing.

Staff is super friendly! Nice for a one day stay, but I could’ve done without the roaches. Definitely stay in doors after dark.

Lots of homeless and I had to move rooms cause one of my rooms had so many bugs but I got a nicer room with only 1 bug the next move lol…these rooms are upgraded however the people that come and stay trash them

The bed wasn't very comfortable. It had a huge dip on one of the sides. Also the pillows were flat and were not comfortable to sleep on

I like the staff there they are very accommodating and have a great additude towards the guest treat guest very well. Especially MJ,Penny and Manager Juanita very great customer service love them..

Had a horrible time I had a hard time checking in then I did sensitize or demagnetize my key and had to wait for my other party to come all the way from the other side of town out of work just for them to give me another key had to wait outside for a couple hours with my kid in the heat just cuz prior stuff did not upload my ID as well

I think that was the worst stay I've ever had there was roaches crawling up the walls I moved a little side table there was dead bugs roaches it was disgusting..

I appreciated the friendly staff especially MJ and Perny, and management the assistant manager was great very friendly loved the fact that she could speak fluent Spanish and communicates very well always tried their best to make sure I was accomated to my needs rooms were very clean and cozy.i recommend 10 times over the Vagabond south I had the worst experience there wouldn't recommend there

The Mexican front desk older lady cancelled my booking a confirmation as I was walking in and said she has nothing for my confirmation number or name an I paid it in full online and the customer service from the booking said its on their screen an this lady was telling people she's the manager and then when the guy told her to check the email she all of a sudden says she can't get into it because the manager isnt there an she doesnt have access to that. Only managers do . She was made because she wanted me to pay more money, because I was going to pay cash but then I stepped out and booked online because I know it's always a lot cheaper that way .

We were there for one night . It Was a terrible night , very noisy ,,we couldn’t sleep because other guests were arguing for hours , I called the front desk , they didn’t do nothing ,NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN !!

Average stay. Homeless near the property. Smells like weed and cigarettes. Room is small, beds right next to each other.

The biggest issue is the patrons. Women walking from room to room yelling incoherently. People sitting on the stairs. Many homeless around. A person was leering when I checked in. I was nervous being there.
