The AC units were in need of care

Washroom is disgusting, wifi is not working , shower head is broken

The AC units are very dirty they and do not really Kool anything down I have pictures of the dust and the room that I was in didn't have any good power plugs

The front desk staff is amazing. They deal with ppl calmly and timely

From the moment I checked in, there were issues with all the homeless people living practically on the property. They are sleeping under a tree on the 58 off-ramp and have holes everywhere in the fence connecting with Motel 6. They go through the garbage which is strewn everywhere. They walk pitbulls that lunged at my little dog while I was walking her. Very uncomfortable.

There were people out constantly asking for lighters, money etc. the lot was filthy and the room not much better. The beds were awful. Staff on my second night was friendly but the first day I had to wait out in the heat bc the staff was in the bathroom. But I waited 15 min

The room itself was ok. It was clean and bed was comfy, however, tv had a huge line through the middle , its location isn’t the best for both guest to see. There were no bath towels in the room and calling down to office never an answer. But, you get what you pay for. It’s a dry, cool room to sleep in.

Facilities outdated, noisy people in next room.

First of all I pay for a luxury room the first room they gave me 315 Smells bad cigarette the second one the mattresses I was feeling the springs and my back the AC it was making bad noise loud is about 50 years old. Hopefully I can get that reimbursed.

Be careful making reservations!!! They overbook rooms even though you made a reservation and paid in advance to keep the reservation you have to pay extra to guarantee a room.

In all I loved how quiet it was

I got two rooms with queen beds. One of the rooms had a big gap on the main door. Witch let in a bunch of flies. Both rooms were non smoking yet both smelled of smoke.

Pet fee of 40 dollars way to high. I have 2 dogs. Stayed 3 nights. You do the math. And they add 4 dollars tax so 44 a night a dog I can fully board my dogs for 70 a night and they are walked and feed. Just love to take them with. Hotel 6 from now on. Im leaving Best western.

Quite possibly the worst Motel 6 that I’ve ever stayed at. There were flies in the room. Abysmal conditions.

I booked thru hotels.com and when I get there the water line busted but I already paid for the room so now I have to wait 7-10 days for my refund and have no place to go we had to sleep on the street that night

The room was clean but the area around the motel was troubled (bad), check-in time was 15:00 and we had to wait. I would not recommend this motel, sorry to say but I wouldn't feel right. I will recommend that the toilets be changed out to the ADA height as they are too low.

Check in at 11pm already paid. Frot desk tells me they have no rooms but if im willing to wait 30 min she'll go clean one. 10 min later comes to my car to tell us that they're was someone else with a reservation that hasn't checked in yet so they'll give me their room and clean the other for them. Then woke up to find the refrigerator had defrosted overnight. It's a counter top unit. My clothes, phone and smart watch that were on the counter were wet when i woke up. There was a puddle on the floor and water had puddled off the counter onto the floor and my bag. Everything i had with me was wet and i had an 8 hour drive still to go. When i told the don't desk the only repky was "did you unplug it?". No sympathy no, anything we can do to help.... nothing. Never staying hey again. Which is a shame because most Motel6's are better than this

The place kept having the power go out so much of my stay I was hungry and had no way of charging my phone to get a ride let alone something to eat
