Very nice hotel, comfortable, clean, friendly kind English speaking staff . Very close to Radbaout university.

Hotel totally renovate in 2022 and all looks good. My only note is the late time to check in 1-2 pm, even room availability.

Hotel is currently undergoing rebuilding! Hence you can imagine no parking drop off no entrance or parking! Unfortunately I failed to find all this out until the check in

The room was small and smelled like smoke in the halls and bedroom. Would not stay here again. The pictures online did not look the same as when you got to the property.

Compared with other hotels in the area this was competatively priced. However, with paying less it is only fair to lower ones expectations first. There are some negative aspects to consider (which have obviously been more of a deal breaker for others than for me) but on balance I'd consider staying again. The cons: tried to check-in at about 13:50 but offical time was 2pm. OK - so this is normal and it just means the notification from hotels.com saying 12pm was wrong. However, it was actually about 2:30pm when staff returned to get me checked in. Now they were busy, had acknowledged and were polite - OK by me then, but be aware. Further, there was a small pile of collected rubbish which remained in the corridor as another reviewer notes. The corridor in question was rather dingy (as noted elsewhere) and smelt a little damp BUT the room and main areas were perfectly clean and comfortable. I was waiting a while for an evening meal to arrive (and staff were too busy to prepare lunch, leaving me having to walk quite a way to get something to eat). The Pros - the staff were actually very good the only issue coming from being too busy. There were particular patient with a non-dutch speaker! The room was good for what you pay (I'd say rather like a Premier Inn) and the food agreeable. Breakfast may have been pricey on paper but when you consider you can have all you want I think puts it in a different light.

This stay was not great. The hotel is very out of the way unless you're there with a car/and plan to continue traveling by car. There is almost no way to reach this as a pedestrian. The room when you finally get to it is very small and the beds in a double room are separate. The room is very very noisy even with the windows closed as it is right next to a motorway on both sides. The breakfast is the worst joke... It is very limited There are a few white breadrolls with one sort of cheese and two of ham/meat. There are cornflakes and sugary crunchy cereals with some milk. There is half-cooked 'bacon' and some hard-boiled eggs. All in all this costs 12.15 euros and is definitely not worth it.

the floor in the room and in the corridor(carpet) realy needed to be cleaned. there were still dirty towels in the corridor till the next morning

These guys at this hotel always look after me, it was my birthday and they gave me a goodie bag full of gifts, how sweet.The hotel is always clean and the food is excellent.

There was no air conditioning in the hotel and it was about 90 degrees. The hotel is located between and close to 2 busy roads5 -noisy-especiallt with the window open.. Most uncomdortable night of my trip.Only 1 working wlectrical outlet in the room

Not bad. Pricey for what it is. It has asked me to write more but Ive said enough considering this review is free. I am not charging anything for it. If you wNt an improvement critique, I think you should discount my next stay.
