This was one of the worst experiences I have had in a long time. The room description of a partial ocean view was very deceptive. The steep price for the room with a partial ocean view while booking made you feel that this would be a private balcony that you can enjoy on your own. However, that is not the case at all since you share the balcony with several other neighbors. Additionally, there was a really bad smell in the room as soon as we entered. The bad experience and the disappointment of being cheated by into paying for an overpriced room led us to check out on Day1 of our 5 day stay and find an alternate option.

I was shocked at how absolutely beautiful and well appointed the room was. Check-in and Check-Out were just a breeze. The room was clean and thoroughly charming. The overnight rate was very good especially for a summer time stay. I would tell anyone to stay there. I know I will be going back!

Our greeting when we arrived at the hotel was very warm and welcoming. When we checked into our room, we were pleased to find it warm and welcoming as well. The location is also quite wonderful. Nantasket Beach is right across the street and there are several restaurants nearby. Our only regret is that we are here on business and unable to extend our stay. That being said, this is definitely a place that we will be returning to when it is time for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect place to stay in Hull!

Beautiful room, great partial view of the water from the balcony. The bed was a little hard for me, but I like a softer mattress. I would highly recommend this hotel!

You're going to have to sacrifice comfort for quaintness - this seems to be an old motel that has been tidied up, The floors were saggy throughout so you were sleeping and even sitting on the loo at an angle. Furniture is tired, carpet made up of various squares was ... interesting. Clean enough but there was a lingering smell in both rooms we booked. You're going to get to know your neighbours very well (too well) because the walls are so thin you'll hear every word. Poor nights sleep. Lady on reception was very helpful. Very, very expensive for what you get.

Excellent property, very nice people, very clean. The shower floor was very slippery, could have had a rubber liner!

This place was wonderful. The staff was very helpful on check in. The room was spacious , clean and had amenities such as a mini fridge, sink and microwave. The location was great, just around the corner and across the street from the beach. It had the comfortable feel of a quaint beach hotel but updated.

All staff were very nice and helpful. Windows were extremely dirty, otherwise clean. Building is showing age in a few ways. Bathroom very small. Expensive for what it is

My youngest was competing in a Gaelic Football and Hurling tournament in Canton, MA (about 40 minutes away). Instead of leaving the rest of the family at home, we found this beach property to save the less than interested family members from attending 4 long days at the tournament. This was the perfect place to reunite with family after each tournament day.

Gretchen and Robin were extremely gracious and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things. I will always stay there in my travels. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Can’t beat the location!

Nice place, not overly posh but decent.

Property was pretty shabby. Electrical outlets in rooms were not even three prong (grounded). Also very few electrical outlets. Very very noisy because of poor insulation. Floor was not level so one had to be careful walking-especially at night. Floor was covered with nasty rug squares that kept moving because the adhesive had worn away. Bathroom had no exhaust fan, no hooks to hang a robe on, or counter space for toiletries. Price per night was outrageous considering that other properties in the area were charging nearly the same amount but looked much much nicer. Would never stay at this property again!

We love this hotel. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are so friendly! The hotel has lots of space in the rooms and its location is great for beach walks and access to Cohasset!

Property and rooms were pristine. Staff very accommodating. Few steps to the beach, a few places to eat. Small store for sundries around the corner. Traffic on the corner was little noisy but the location, hotel and staff outweighed the noise. This beach and hotel are a hidden gem.

Hotel was clean and front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other activites.

Quaint attractive old style hotel. Very nice staff. There was a city wide problem with rust in the water. The hotel were extremely apologetic about this (not at all their fault) and gave us abundant bottled water. Easy walk to beach and nearby restaurants. Very good time.

Absolutely LOVELY! The hospitality was wonderful, extremely clean, very beautiful area. Easy to navigate, beach was a short walk and the hotel had great amenities if you forgot or needed anything for the beach. I will be coming back!

I love this Motel. My husband and I stayed when we visited my son and his family in Scituate. I stay now when I visit because it brings back great memories of him. They have made a few changes which are great.

Loved this place. Comfortable. Large rooms... however... $45 per night for a dog fee is a bit excessive. At least have that fee visible in the description of the pet policy when considering booking the room. I'll still give a rating of 10 out of 10.
