Average stay- we only needed a clean bed to sleep in after a few beach days. Pros: walking distance to Footbridge Beach, several great restaurants in walking distance, right next to a Trolley stop if you didn’t want to drive. They offer breakfast, but we did not eat in. (We prefer local coffee shops) Bed was comfortable, great water pressure and there was a working freezer and fridge. I like to be able to park next to my room as well. Cons: I should preface by saying; Ogunquit is a quaint beach town. Many hotels are “mom and pops” and not resorts. You get what you pay for during peak season. This was just an ok stay. Our room (118- for management) needed some TLC. Paint chipped in the bathroom, and on the half wall/closet. The door shut but needed a deadbolt to be sure it stayed closed. The bathroom had cobwebs and the radiator needed TLC (paint chips in the grill part)- the door was warped and did not close all the way. The hotel check in/out was smooth and employees were kind. This place has great potential, but needs more care with simple, professional updates.

Easy check-in, close walk to 4-5 places to eat, trolley stops right in front, beach access 1/2 mile away. Room a little dated but it is an older motel, otherwise was fine. We took trolley to Perkin’s Cove, walked Marginal Way back to downtown, then easy walk back to hotel up Rte 1.

Great hotel. Only problem was construction noise early in the morning. Hotel made us aware before our stay.

Great location, room was clean although the hotel itself was quite outdated. Not a hotel to hangout at, but if you are looking for a place to sleep after a long day at the beach or in town, it is a good choice.

Very clean budget motel. Had everything we needed at a great price. AC was quiet and strong. Nice big refrigerator. Strong water pressure in shower. Beds comfy. Great location walkable to restaurants and footbridge beach, and a short drive or trolly ride into downtown.

Always love staying at the milestone it never fails . Great location with lots of great spots to eat close by … Walking distance to footbrige beach .Will be back

Dirty, shared microwave for entire building, at least the one we were in. None in rooms. Floor was filled with contruction workers yelling and cursing loudly every AM and every PM. Cigarette butts everywhere. Breakfast was bread and bagels. Friendly staff though

The area was awesome, we stayed only one night. It was pleasant atmosphere.

The pool was nice . Bed was not very comfortable.

We stayed in a premium room that was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the pool. The location is convenient, with an easy walk to restaurants and the trolley stop. However, the external flower beds near some entrances need attention, as they were overgrown with weeds. This initially gave us a poor first impression, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room.

Everything was ok with our room but my parents had a room with bad odors.

Only a couple issues… One the tv remote didn’t work…not a big deal. Fist night neighbors came back super late and they were very rowdy. We could here everything. Second night they were not a problem.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The landscaping, outdoor pool and pool area are well maintained. Very convenient to Footbridge Beach, walkable if you choose. We stayed in a double-double room, #201. Although the room was clean enough, there was a strong musty smell, or the smell of strong cleaning products trying to mask a musty smell. It was a just a short stay and we liked the location of the room, so we did not attempt to switch. Overall, the room needs some TLC. The bathroom fan was caked in dust and visible dead bugs in the fan/light cover. Wallpaper edges are starting to peel away. Bathtub has some visible dings and gouges, Remnants of swatted bugs on the walls in places, probably because they easily fly in at night when you open the door. Looks like newer sink vanity and bathroom floor tile. Water pressure and temp was good. Thumbs up for that. Fridge was clean and cold. A/C unit worked well, but was noisy. The outside weather was hot and humid, so not complaining about having working A/C. All and all, this is one of the more reasonably priced hotels in this area, and does not require a minimum stay. This is about the fifth time I have stayed here over a period of 20 years.

Room basically ok, clean. No microwave. Bathroom tiny and in disrepair! Sheetrock pieces in the radiation. Sheetrock wall repairs never completed. Stained flooring! Vanity cabinet door wouldn’t close. Faucets very loose. Will not return!!
