The bathroom shower floor in 401 could use some updates or heavy cleaning. The bath towels had an unusual smell. Otherwise lovely.

Food was decent with room service, but service in the restaurant for breakfast was poor. Rooms need freshening up. No free water bottles was a bit annoying.

terrible overall. I guess the pandemic really affected them. rooms were dirty, the food menu was lacking most of the items, the check in people took long to get us in. overall terrible, would not recommend

Very good hotel, and for a great price.I traveled to Caxias for work and was very happy with the hotel. For those of you more familiar with American brands, this hotel is a little bit better than a Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn.The breakfast buffet was really good as well!

Generally, it was good stay. But it was so cold in the night but it didn't work heater (Air conditioner?) even in winter time there. That's why I couldn't sleep very well.

As a frequent traveler to Sao Paulo for business, I was going to stay at my usual property in the Jardims area, but upon recommendation by local staff,I decided to book here. Location, staff, amenities, means I will be coming back again

This is a great hotel if you come to Santo Andre (mostly for business i guess).Its near a mall with places to shop and eat, 5 minutes from the train and 10 minutes from pubs.The hotel if very clear, rooms have a lot of space and the shower is great.This is very far from the city itself but the train (which is very safe). will get you there in 40 minutes

My wife and I stayed overnight while waiting for a flight. We chose this hotel because it was close to family. The hotel is close to a mall and supermarket, so it had everything we needed. The staff was very kind and accomodating. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

Excellent. The staff didnt speak very much English but thats fine. This hotel isnt strictly tourist based. Very nice. Excellent breakfast and restaurant.
