Good location on the beach overlooking the Adriatic Sea, with breathtaking views.
There’s a bus service which departs every 15 minutes to the Old Town.
Rooms are comfortable.
The hotel is rated as being 5 star, yet it lacks the finesse and extra touch required.

We located clean and spacious hotel

Stayed here for four nights and couldn't have been happier! All the rooms have seaviews and you get an incredible sunset at the end of the day. Staff very helpful and clearly want guests to have the best experience possible.
The swimming pools ( inside and outside) were good and we liked the beach area although it was too rough to swim on most days. It was nice to sit on the sunbeds in sun or shade and watch the sea and the view. The hot tubs were great for warming up when the tropical dropped a couple of days in the evenings.
Food was good. Restaurants were pricey but so is Dubrovnik generally. The buffet restaurant wasn't bad value at €30 given that you can eat as much as you like over multiple courses.
Nice to be out of town because Dubrovnik gets very busy. The hotel is served well by the number 4 bus which runs into town frequently.
Would definitely come back if we are in this area.

With the public bus you can ride in 10min to the old city directly in front of hotel

Beautiful beach front resort stunning ocean view with nice spa services and wide variety of breakfast buffet selection. Especially hotel manager really doing great job and cares for customer service and hospitality .

We had an exceptional 6 nights stay at the hotel. The easy access beach and swimming pool is a great relief during the hot/humid days. The staff are friendly and attentive, special mention to
Anna at Maslina Tavern , Marijana and Vedran in Elafiti restaurant. Also we didn’t get her name, but the cleaning person assigned to room 443 was also great! The concierge was very reliable giving us restaurant recommendations and purchasing summer festival tickets. We are also glad we did the half board, wide selection of food and delicious! We would definitely come back and recommend Hotel Palace to our friends and family . Thank you for helping and made our anniversary vacation memorable.

Beautiful place with an amazing view! My issue was the ac in the room, it would get cold enough, they try fixing but in the end sent us a small fan; for the amount paid it was not acceptable. Other than that the breakfast was amazing, the pool very nice as well and the location spectacular.

We stayed in the presidential suite which was quite expensive. It had a living pull sofa and 2 bathrooms. Room was big nice view comfortable. But, they never brought us clean drinking glasses which I requested, the housekeeping doesn’t answer phone. There were ants in the bathroom. For the price was not worth it. Also they charge adult fees and extra hidden costs.

Excellent location and facilities in the hotel. Complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Good range of coffee drinks available too by request. Enjoyed the spa, beach and pools. Only quip is the housekeeping could be more thorough. Teacups were washed poorly in the room and had stains, and teas/coffee not refilled until I rang them. Central AC could be cooler since no way to control it in the room. Welcome note and fruit was a nice touch.

Beautiful views and a bit away from the center. But the ride to the center is about 20 euros or a few euros on the bus ride, which stops right in front. The premise is nice but not a 5 star by American standards. There was a lot of food for the breakfast buffet. I enjoyed going to the roof pool. We had a balcony in our room with a nice water view. I would recommend being away from the hustle and tourism in the old town.

Nice hotel where you can spend good quality time at the pool and beach. Nice breakfast and great bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly sly and genuinely ready to help. A lot of time we decided to hand around the pool and beach and ate at the hotel. Good place for a relaxing holiday.

Hotel is very spacious and well lit by natural lighting. Rooms are facing the sea have a splendid view to the West and you will see very beautiful sunsets. No 4 bus is outside the Hotel and is very easy to get seats on as it is the terminus stop. Outside pool area is well laid out and is very open. A unique great feature of this Hotel is the scuba diving provided for guests! My only small criticism is the furniture in my room which was more of a 4 star standard. I am glad I chose this Hotel over other Hotels in Dubrovnik!

Great hotel. The junior suite offers the comfort for a family. The pools and scheduled beaches are great. We had an issue with creaky bed and exhaust in one bathroom. The staff quickly fixed the problem. Short taxi ride to old town to avoid parking $$.

Warm, friendly professional staff & stunning views greet you as you enter the palatial lobby. The free breakfast buffet far excelled my expectations with made-to-order eggs, fresh fruit, local meats & cheeses—espresso drinks too! Seaside pool with swim up bar? Yes, please. Sea access, too. Book a junior suite! You won’t be disappointed. Walkable to promenade shopping and restaurants. The on-site restaurants offered delightful fare & great service.

This is a lovely hotel, with amazing views. Easy to get to Dubrovnik old town on the bus right outside. The pools are great, although a little cold. Our room was lovely too. Only issue was the tv channels dont work very well. Terrible picture when my husband tried to catch the end of a Euro football match.
Otherwise its a beautiful hotel and place to visit.
