Not satisfied

I just have the terrified experience in my life dealing with one of the area managers on site her name. Tasha Conner her behavior was lack of profession, the way she was rudely spoken to me every time that I have engaging a conversation with her,also I have make several request for the room to be clean for 5 days, never got done. It's was yesterday that I called her while I was at work to have the room clean she said yes my name was in the list with housekeeping that was a lie.I found the room as I have left it I spoke to the front desk and explain every things to her to get it done my self.I was very angry about How the disrespect wast keep continued even I lay out my complain to Shaleesha Hollis the head general manager my personal belongings was touch and move to a garbage bag without my consent I have to short my stay and take my business some were else that appreciate their guest with a high standards of costumer service I hope the company will have a serious consultation with her for moving forward of how she's managing this property.

This was the worst experience I had at a hotel! There was no hot water! I had to take a bird bath over sink. The room smell of cigarette smoke. I was supposed to non smoking

The room very dirty and the door difficult to open, take us almost 15 minutes to open

Its was filthy. But we had nowhere else to stay.

Bathroom was so moldy I did not use it. I used my gym membership to shower and take care of my necessities.

The front desk was very rude. They gave an unknown person a key to my room luckily I was In my room to be able to handle the situation( and no it wasn’t house keeping) and when I went to the desk they played dumb and didn’t give anyone a key but the dude they gave they key to was standing right there. Very dirty, The room stunk so bad. There was no shower curtain there was no hot water. Top worst experience I’ve ever had at a motel/hotel. High do not recommend this place. It should be shut down.

It was nasty, the room looked like a haunted house, smell of smoke all over, stained & dirty walls, AC was broken, broken faucet, no trash can, trash pilled up outside. I was more worried about my health then safety! Pictures and video to prove the nastiness of the room.

I booked room from this hotel for 4 days here happened Upon checking in, the staff at the front desk assigned me to an unclean and unsanitary room. When I informed them that the room was not ready, the staff member appeared impatient and irritated. Overall, the accommodations were subpar and did not meet my expectations.

The property is dirty, smelling and poorly maintained.

The lady was terrible who charged me on Expedia because , she gave me wrong zip code and I called her to need help and even she didn’t respond me right way. She was extremely rude, I spent more than an hour to find location so it was bad.

AC not working the floor was so bad I had to walk on the towel. The smell of weed just kept coming into the room and after trying to get some on the phone to fix the issue (found out the office closed after I checked in) I left and found a new location

Paid for king size bed, got a queen.Room smelled of Marijuana. The whole property had very foul smells. Hot water didnt work and also tv.

Our room was great but the TV didn't come on of course we didn't have no wires in it the microwave was bad looking inside and cob webs was on the walls.

I did not get to check in because they closed early and Expedia system is horrible am having trouble with my account because it yall

Rooms are of poor quality and poor cleanliness. Holes in closet and bathroom doors. Floors poorly cleaned. Elevator not reliable.

It was cheap. So I got what I paid for. The TV didn't have a remote. There was no cable. There was a empty beer bottle in the room when we arrived along other trash in the bathroom. The walls are paper thin. We could hear the person in the room next to us snoring so loudly that he might as well been in the room with us. We were in town for 2 days luckily I only booked the room for a night.

Front desk staff was very friendly, once I found the office. Rooms in ill repair, door was obviously broken into and jam was not fixed properly. Deadbolt would not lock. Room floor sticky and covered in dead bugs, kitchen area a sticky mess. All walls covered with undescribable filth.i needed 4-5 hours of sleep before continuing my trip, otherwise I would just have left. Never again will I stay at a motel 6.

Need new tv but overall a decent stay for your dollar

Location but the large hole in the entrance makes it hard to enter. They can't help that it got so bad though.

When I got to the room, the door was open. The bed was “made” but looked like someone had sat on it and didn’t have a blanket, just white sheets. There was a very strange smell that I can’t quite place, but a vague musty vomit. I stayed in this same room a few days ago and it did not smell unusual. When I went to the desk, the only other room was smoking. I asked it I could look at it before switching. The smoke was worse than the vague vomit. After I unpacked, I realized the remote for the TV was missing. I didn’t want to get dressed and walk down to the office without knowing they could correct the problem so I picked up the phone. It was dead. I discovered that I could get the light to turn on by adjusting the plug but only for about a tenth of a second. I videoed this behavior. I spoke with a man who said he was the owner this morning. He said he’d look into it without apologizing. This hotel has geographic advantages that mean I might rent again despite this experience but it is pretty disgusting even for extended stays in this price range.

It’s a dump. Property needs URGENT RENOVATIONS. DO NOT STAY HERE.

They did not allow early check in; the first non-smoking room had smoke smell, changed to another king room; it’s very plain, toilet paper holder was broken, not welcoming feel. Shower didn’t appear cleaned, others hair on wall, and no cold water, was warm or hot, bad pressure. And loud from other rooms later in night.

I for got to mention this place is also pet friendly and they also have a place for your pets to do there private duties.

I believe they have bed bugs. We started itching really fast. Did not stay in room. Checked in, went to room, then checked out. The pile of trash by dumpster, was the biggest red flag, The lady at counter was really nice and did refund me one day out of the two days we had booked,
