I like that the put the effort in the small things. For example Dove soap products. The restaurant carry out trays were good quality. All staff was very nice and all greeted you with Good Morning. Overall good food and stay.

Great Location right off the highway. Staff were awesome very helpful, kind and very happy, it was a breath of fresh air. Sky restaurant is awesome a must do! Check in and check out was lightning fast. Our suite was amazing very spacious and bed was super comfortable. Overall just AWESOME!!! I will be staying again.

There was 1 mishap at front desk but it was quickly taken care of. Thanks to the professional, friendly & accommodating front desk clerk Atira who was multi-tasking. The manager Razib came to talk to me and he was also so professional and he told me that i would Love my stay and he was Right!!! Thanks 😊 🫂 you guys. I will be bk soon. Rooftop bar & restaurant was cozy and beautiful. All the Staff went above and beyond to serve. Breakfast was great. The evening bartender was very professional and helpful with sharing places to go. Oh yea free parking A and great location. Hotel Lover, Love ❤️ this place

I loved the staff in the restaurant. Very polite and helpful. Great food. Only thing I would change is the drinks in the lobby should have more options. Such as Sunkist Dr Pepper Mountain Dew.

It was really clean!! The pool was out of order, but that was it.

Manger is excellent all front desk personal very hospitable! We felt welcome the moment we stepped in the door. Hotel modern, clean and updated. I’m very particular but it was very clean. The room needed to be dusted a little more,there was a slight odor upon entering the room other than that it was a dream !

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only issue with the room was we could here people from the floor above, sounded like they were stomping on the floor but that's not really the hotels fault. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Pool was closed for renovation which was disappointing but understandable. Right off the interstate. Close to the braves stadium which I attended a concert Would stay again.

The hotel was stunning and very comfortable AND affordable. Dove bathroom amenities were a nice touch too. Only negative is that there is not much around the hotel other than a gas station so I ended up getting taxis to go places, so if you want to be in walking distance of things it’s better to prepare for that.

We fully booked our stay more than a month out before our trip. We chose Hotel Spice and Sky because it offered free breakfast and a pool. It was 20 minutes of extra driving but it was worth it to us to have those extras. When I got to the hotel, they wanted to hold an additional deposit on my card and said I was told of it when I booked with them. I did not in fact get told about it as I booked through Hotels.com. The pool was closed (in July) and breakfast was $22 per person. So our trip was quite quickly changed. It made our entire trip harder rather than easier like it should have been. They told us every little thing that had a charge to the point where we were afraid to ask for additional soaps for our stay and didn’t turn the tv on either for fear of that being “not included in the room rate” Don’t depend on this hotel. Yes the staff for the most part were friendly and the place looked amazing but there were too many inconveniences that made our trip much harder.

Property was very clean, convenient from expressway/highway. Rooms were efficient and security accessible from lobby - very much appreciated.

We had a great time at the hotel. The convenience of parking and dinning was an added benefit.

The hotel is in a good location access immediately to the highway. The front desk agent did make a mistake (accidentally) and gave me someone else’s room but she corrected it and she was very helpful. I did have one other issue. I had put the sign that said no maid service needed. but I received service (no problem). I went to the gym and when I returned it smelled as though someone used the bathroom because when I walked in I was thinking why is the blower on and there was a smell and the toilet lid was up. I didn’t really care for that as I didn’t ask for service but the fact that the bathroom was used. Besides those mishaps my room was clean for the most part, front desk was nice, and great location.

Check in was a disaster. If you use Expedia be prepared to pay the full price. They did reimburse my card afterwards. But they acted clueless as to the charges when in first arrived it took them six hours to check my husband in. He got there a day before me and I made sure it was fine before he arrived from 13 hours away. Everything was good until he got there. Most of the staff was nice. I’d rate this a three star hotel. When we first got there the cable was down. It was fixed a day later. One staff member said they forgot to pay it. The other said it was an outage. The pool was down in June which is ridiculous. But it was a DECENT experience. Not worth what I paid. Especially with the cable down and no pool the entire stay for me. Would I go back? I stay in three star hotels so yes. But I’d make sure to ask if the pool is up and cable is working before going. I would also NOT PAY FULL PRICE. it’s not worth what they charge AS OF NOW. They said another hotel would be buying them out soon. I hope they make the positive changes needed because it could be a GREAT HOTEL. OH THE ROOF TOP IS GREAT. however they try to close it by 9or 10pm which is when I wanted to go up. Good luck.

The room was clean and as expected in the pictures upon arrival. However, they have signs/paperwork that you see after check-in that housekeeping only comes every three days, and I was most disappointed by the pool not working during my stay bc of remodeling as per what we were told. This should have been disclosed to allow for informed decision in my opinion. That was a huge disappointment and I do not feel I got the bang for my buck.
