Clean and comfortable

The hotel is very loud because travelers are checking out for early morning flights. Lots of noise in the hallways. The room smelled musty. I would recommend taking a taxi to a better hotel near the airport.

Difficult to locate lobby. Was a little confusing. As was breakfast area. Good excellent service excellent

Very convinient

The stay was OK - reception not particularly welcoming or friendly, bed quite comfy except for very thin and well-used bedding which wasn’t adequate considering the fridge- like coldness of the room. Breakfast omelette was good. This hotel has a captive clientele as it is in the airport!

Great place to stay specially if needing some rest before your final destination.

The lady who checked us in was VERY unfriendly. The room key never worked. I Had to go back to the front and they gave me a new room. Apparently, battery was dead!! 30 Minutes later a security guard knocked on my door with my drivers license. The women never returned my drivers license. This could have been a serious problem since I was leaving in the morning early!!!!

Generaly good, price a little higher for the offer and place and limited space

When we arrived, it took about 20 or more minutes to get checked in because there was such a line

This is just the best option for overnight connecting flights. It is clean, well-appointed, safe, quiet, and there is a restaurant downstairs.

Easy check in, the room was clean and up to date, knowledgeable and personable staff (had a lovely conversation with the breakfast crew). This property has had improvements since the last time I’ve stayed here. Really the go to if you have an early morning flight out of SJU. Easy Uber ride to anywhere in San Juan.

The SJ Airport hotel is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. Especially if you are there getting ready for a flight the next day. The staff are very helpful and caring. Looking for some water in the evening they gave me two bottles at the front desk. Not knowing it my wedding ring slipped off and fell to the floor. I did not notice it until the next morning. After searching our room we called to the front desk and they had found it while cleaning. We will always be grateful to the hotel staff for their help! Thanks! John

I stayed here with my children while we were in transit in San Juan before heading home to the UK. I was incredibly surprised by the 5-star level of service that we received from the time we walked through the doors of the hotel to leaving. The guy who checked us in was called Angel and he was so kind and checked us in hours early because he saw how exhausted my kids and I were. A very kind man called Alex helped us take our luggage to our room and told us how lucky we were to have room 333. Every member of staff we met even the manager on duty that day treated us so warmly and were ready to assist us. When we left we received a hotel to airport service where we were assisted once again with our luggage all the way to the hotel. This may not be a 5 star hotel in terms of infrastructure and offerings but it certainly is one in terms of the service. I've stayed at many hotels across the world in my travels. From 3-5 star and this must be by far one of the top hotels where service is concerned.

Excellent stay at this hotel which by the I never knew existed. I have been to PR at least 100 times. Will definitely be staying there on my next visit

I stayed one night which it was convenient. The place was clean and had the necessary. Breakfast was the best part as had a variety of food! If I had to stay more than one day it would have been a bit tight as the rooms are smaller than what pictures displayed. Overall, it was nice and safe.

Clean, friendly, good price and on-site restaurant (Very Good). Downside: noise from adjacent rooms all night, no hot watter. Free breakfast with a large selection, but everything was cold. Eggs, sausage, toast, coffee - all cold. Oh well...

All was well for the night.

It was convenient to the airport. Room was perfect for my overnight stay. I arrived after midnight, desk was manned and easy to check in. Assisted with getting me a taxi the following morning, probably will use Asian next time i am in San Juan.

Everything was great!

This hotel stay served its purpose. My mom and I needed it for the one night so we could catch our flight the next day. The hot water took a minute to get hot but once it was warmer the shower was fine.
