Fantastic stay and super friendly reception staff always willing to help. The hotel is so close to all the shops and also the old town. 7 min walk and easy from Jean medicine tram. No need for a taxi.

Everything was excellent. The staff was wonderful and the area was amazing. Could not have asked for anything better!!! Thank you for making our trip to Nice unforgettable!

Small and quite old room. Very bad cleaning conditions. Good position but not recommended.

For the price we paid, the condition of the room was not at all satisfactory! We would expect a lot better for this price range! Everything was extremely old and dated - from furniture, to very uncomfortable fold out chair-beds for the kids, to bathroom, to towels, etc. We believe the room we booked was not what we received either. The owners should consider upgrading the room decor and furnishings. However, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating and the location was great. So if that is your focus, it will do.

Staff was great, very friendly and helpful, being on the top floor with the elevator out of service after booking was an inconvenience for sure.

I recommend this apartment hotel. It is located in a convienient place to eat out and walk to Massena platz . Reception is kind and helpful.

room was large enough for a single but dismal looking inside, particularly when compared to nearby AMMI Lafayette. Elevator and stair situation poor, hotel signage situation outside horrible. Mini kitchen amenities not nearly as good as AMMI Lafayette except refrigerator, which was decent size. Need shelf for soap dispenser in shower, provide more coffee pods, bigger table or counter space needed.

We were a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms for our stay at this property. This is an older apartment building converted in to a hotel which is a very common thing in Europe. The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! Since this is a older building, the elevator is tiny and on middle of the floors. One of our rooms was very spacious and well setup but the other room was tiny, we had 3 people in each rooms, the 2nd room had barely any place to walk after the 3rd pull out bed was opened. We did pay the same for both our rooms. Might be because of how they were made from older apartments, so something to communicate with them early if possible. The front staff was helpful and helped with checkin after hours. The reception stays open from 7 AM to 8PM so if you are checking in outside this window make sure to communicate with them, they were very responsive.

Great location but marred by old disused scaffolding outside the window. Stayed in one bedroom apartment next to the hotel and it was far too expensive for the quality of the place. In need of maintenance eg lock and handle in bathroom fell off. This was not a four star hotel.

Initial experience when we arrive was not good. I was called and asked if we were arriving before or after 8:30 and i said after. The person checking us in was not very friendly or happy as it looked like she had to wait for us to arrive and was not very helpful with showing us the apartment. Then the worst experience was that there were cockroaches seen in the bedroom and in the kitchen. I would not recommend this aparthotel to anyone.

They really care about your experience here, the staff went above and beyond any care I’ve received from a hotel. The rooms were nicely updated, and it was very clean. The only thing was it was a bit difficult to find because it’s on the third floor and there are only small signs outside, but well worth it. I would definitely stay here again

No aminities in the room. So much noice from the plombery in the room. The reception gave me a wrong code to get inside the hotel when the reception is closed. The location is perfect otherwise, located in Masséna.

Good option in the heart of Nice, fantastic location. Friendly staff. The property doesn’t have parking available, which was a challenge with a car, however managed using public car parks. Large rooms. Hotel trying to be more sustainable which is nice, need to ask day in advance is want new linen etc

Tv with no English channels - no news channels !!! … they did try and fix it but with no luck .., so they just gave up .. first room was tiny but they were nice and did manage to change rooms . As we were leaving it would have been nice for reception behind desk to say goodbye etc as it’s all meant to be a personal stay and not a big hotel - all not quite there yet

Perfect location, clean, comfortable, really excellent facilities, friendly helpful reception staff. Honestly, this place is absolutely ideal.

Great centrally located no-frills apartment. I stayed in the single studio, which has everything you could need(hob, pots and pans, plates and microwave) for self-catering stay should you want to. Bathroom good size, clean and functional. Shower cubicle could use an update but worked well enough. Rooms are not automatically cleaned every day, but you can request it from the reception. The location is excellent, close to the beach, old town and tram stops just round the corner. For the price I thought it was excellent value

The stay at Ajoupa apartment was nice for me. Nice reception on the same floor, staffs were very responsive and nice. There are full kitchen and all fans, dishes and stuff are clean. Additionally, 2 double beds was suit for family. I would recommend this apartments for everyone visiting Nice!!!

Well equipped apartment, perfect location in the centre. Nice staff. Bad positionning of bathroom furniture right in front of toilet so there is no room for legs to fit.

Excellent studio apartment. Situated right in the middle of the city on a pedestrian mall. Apartment is in an older building, but it is clean and comfortable. WiFi works well, kitchenette is well appointed, bathroom is spacious and clean (show cubicle is on of the few we have come across in Europe that does not leak), A/C works well. Reception is situated in a different building across the street (easy to find). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location. Restaurants and bars everywhere, 5 minute walk to the Nice historical centre, 5 minute walk down to the beach, tram station on the corner for easy access to the train station. There is nothing about this apartment not to like. We liked it so much we stayed an extra 5 nights.
