Great location, beautiful hotel

Comfortable stay but overpriced, in my opinion. Rooms are dated and was surprised when I came back to my room at after 2pm (I had gone out at 8am) and room was not made up yet. Staff are very helpful though, especially those at the front porch.

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had for a long time! This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff are fantastic and all your needs are catered for. It is situated in a great area. Rooms are big and spacious. I wish I had been staying longer! 10/10 from the minute you walk through the doors

Returning to Park Hyatt and not disappointed, the standard is still top notch :) The absolutely highest standard in SGN, difficult to give a rating on price/quality of course. I will come back nxt time around

Over prices, not agree to pay for that price, breakfast not convenient, not quality food, so cheap Bathroom door can’t close also not clean, carpet hallway so dirty Look nice out side but inside oh no , anyway I never come back again.

In an age where big hotel flags seem to be on the decline, this Park Hyatt is a MAJOR exception. A reminder of what great hotels are supposed to be - excellent service, very comfortable rooms and elegant (and clean) throughout public spaces. Fantastic hotel.

Perfect stay in the heart of Saigon. Everything is excellent and near to top restaurants. Would come back in a heartbeat!

The Park Hyatt is just beautiful, staff cannot do enough for you, pool and gardens are the perfect hideaway after the madness of saigon. Great area for shopping and the opera. Vietnam (Saigon) itself is a strange place for westerners as you have channel, louis Vitton and then a squat, broken pavements and lots of motorbikes. The Park Hyatt is an oasis to retreat back to after a busy day. If l have to find a fault it was that one of our rooms was not ready until 6pm and after a 27 hours travel all my son wanted was to get in his room. I would say this is the best hotel in Saigon, perfect for people watching as well, and the restarants were very good as well. Oh and the jacuzzi and steam room were super.

Park Hyatt Saigon is a beautiful property with lush gardens and nice pool experience. Our room was gorgeous with French furniture. The staff is attentive and happy. We would only stay here when we return.

The Park Hyatt in Saigon was great. Only stayed 1 night for business. Large gym, great breakfast. And not too pricey, considering.
