This was our second stay at the Al Moggar, we stayed before Covid in 2019 and this, unusually for we regular travellers, was our first holiday since. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional and the security was up to the necessary requirements. Khadija on Reception was an absolute STAR with her helpfulness and dignified charm. We highly recommend this resort.

Bathroom not cleaned regularly. Not enough towels. Staff sometimes rude esepcially when speaking in English as opposed to French. Breakfast was ok for the price. More of a 3 star than a 4 star hotel.

We tried this hotel on chance and it was a nice surprise. Very good location, close to everything. Friendly staff and great, spacious room. Breakfast was good. Could have small touch up but very nice room.

Don’t be fooled by 4 stars ,more like a 2 star. Disgusting mouldy bathrooms and v smelly rooms. Good location , well maintained garden and spacious rooms but such a shame no efforts put into refurbishing the rooms. Breakfast was worst I have ever had.Left after one night into a different hotel.

We had a room with a perfect view of the beach. The service we received was helpful and informative. Highly recommend, as prices were super affordable.

There was no towels we kept callings no one give an action plus the gym equipment not working and they want to charge for it

I wish I could post some pictures that shows how nasty the room is and the smell was beyond horrible, after complaining to the lobby all they said was that the renovated rooms are unavailable, the food area was like a circus with my wife slipped on dripping oil , that was the only fun part for my holiday.Please if you’re visiting Agadir get a different hotel to enjoy this beautiful city.

Breakfast and dinner must be upgraded. Friendly people make you come back. Beds are ok and spacious rooms.

Our holiday experience from staying at the Hātel Club Al Moggar was far less than satisfactory and we would go so far as to say awful! We were allocated a room that was filthy, in a very poor state of repair i.e. broken draws, shower curtain rancid, rusting and broken fixtures and fittings. The entire room was in diire need of renovation and updating. There was an overwhelming pungent odour of drains, the furniture was covered in dust and the bed linen was not fresh. The room had the impression of a space that was meant for service staff or that it had not been in use for sometime. Either way it was a space not fit for human habitation. When we approached staff to request a room change - which seemed as though this was an inconvenience as no apologies were offered and we were made to stay in the room overnight after being told another room would not be made available until 12 noon the next day. We had an awful night, we were not able to use the bathroom facilities because of the state of the bathroom. On the 3rd room offer we felt this was an acceptable standard. After all this the hotel staff were hostile and unhelpful. They offered no help, support, advice or welcome package for coming to Agadir or staying at their hotel. Our stay was further ruinred by the Agadir tour offered by the hotel, which was nothing less than shockingly inadequate, as we were shunted into a taxi inbetween fares to have a whistle stop tour of the local souvenir Shops. Very Disappointed!

Right next to beach front with cordoned off part for guests of hotel. Rooms old and poor. Food average-dont waste money on All Inclusive-breakfast is fine + plenty of restuarants everywhee which are cheap. Pools are great. Takeaway on site brilliant as were staff there.

Do not recommend. Not a single thing good about this hotel. Nothing works. Rooms faulty. Dirty pool. Dirty food. All staff useless. I can go on. This is not even a 1 star hotel.
