The people running the place were rude. The room itself was acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The host was very hospitable, she printed out some documents we needed, offered us coffee.

Every time I left my room and come back I had to get a new key. It unregistered from the room every single time. And something ate my granddaughter up in the bed.

Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. Quiet stay. Safe neighborhood. Lots of close places like gas stations, food spots, dollar tree, Walmart, Burlington, Dunken, etc. Definitely would stay here again.

I have reviewed this property a couple times but I want to make a special point to note the front desk staff who are absolutely wonderful!!
Especially a woman named Mayan, who has helped me with a couple of overbookings I made as well as many other things!! The regal inn should be very lucky to have her as an employee!!!! Jude Milstein

Although it was clear that our room had been cleaned (the bedding appeared to be clean, the bathroom and toilet were clean, toiletries were provided), we were disappointed with the cleanliness and run-down condition of the property overall. The hallway carpet was stained and looked to be filthy. The carpet in our room had holes in, and the bedspread had a small hole burned through it. The room smelled like old cigarette smoke. The furniture did not appear to be kept up - the desk chair was worn and full of holes. This property sufficed for a quick overnight before a flight - it was quiet and felt reasonably safe, but for the price, that quality was disappointing.

property has secure rooms and housekeeping was pleasant. dresser drawers were a little stuck but other than that no issues.

The room was not to bad for an Inn. There are no coffee makers in the rooms and no available coffee in the lobby. The beds were uncomfortable and you only get throw pillows to use as actual pillows. The ac unit barely works. The drain in the tub gurgled with sewage. Will never stay there again.

This was our first time staying at Regal Inn. Check in was fast and the gentleman at the counter was very nice. Our room was on the second floor. The beds were really comfortable. Air conditioning was nice and cold. Area was very quiet so we slept great. My only issue was the bathroom neede some deep cleaning. There was mold in the shower caulking. The stainless steel tissue box and toilet paper holder were really rusted and looked bad. The walls also needed a good wipe. Overall i would stay here again.

the lady at the front desk was holding a barely clothed infant in her hands as she was checking me in. she then raised her voice when i asked her a question. the room was not safe and clean. the bathroom smelled like cigarettes and there was a big carpet stain on the floor. won’t definitely not recommend if you do come here.

Very anonymus checkin, the room smelled badly. We Cannot say anything about the Area, because we only slept there before travelling from o‘hare.

I was going to the Allstate Arena & I was looking for a motel that was close by. The Regal Inn was great. The room was clean, loved my shower. Parking was close to my room.

The outside doesn't match inside. Inside is very clean and comfy. TV allow hdmi plug in which is great. Parking lot is spacious.
Only down side it's kinda middle of nowhere. You have to take bus or Uber to go anywhere.

This hotel is an older style hotel with outdoor room access, but it was amazingly quiet. It's convenient to ORD and restaurants.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. I was disappointed in the bathroom and the towels. Also I was disappointed in the exterior condition. There was often a smoke/cigar smoke smell when we were leaving the room.

The outside looked pretty scary. The lot is small and not clean but the room made up for this. The hallway smelled like marijuana but I got in my room and could no longer smell it. The room needs more pillows and a few extra pillows. It was clean.

We needed accommodation close to the airport due to an early morning flight. The Regal Inn was perfect for that purpose. It’s a clean and pleasant property, the room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable.
