Location was good for the airport

The smell of smoke despite being a non smoking room. Also, the heater was very loud. The heater noise drowned out the traffic noise.

Room was spotlessly clean and beds were comfortable.

The room was big, the bed was comfortable

The furniture was a little worn. Especially the bathroom looked very old and even though they tried to clean it as good as possible, it still looked not clean at first. Sadly the room smelled a little like smoke. i guess smoking was allowed some time ago and the smell has never fully left the room

Location had lots of food and stores. Price was good. Room layout was nice and pretty spacious. Bed were comfortable. Lots of lights throughout the room

My room was right up the stairs and near a trashcan\cigarette ash tray. Could smell the smoke everytime the AC kicked on. Internet was slow and disconnected multiple times.

* Bed springs were tired * Significant road noise through the night - this is a roadside inn - fortunately ANC sleeping earbuds (I have QuietOn 3) worked. Come prepared to any US roadside hotel or inn.

It was very dirty, outdated furniture, smelling like mold inside the room, ripped towels, holes in the window curtains

Location was close to O'Hare international airport. Which I think is it's main and only selling point. After our initial issue, the staff on location did help us right away, which was great.

Our first room smelled really bad like smoke and pot. The attending staff member showed is the other available rooms which also smelled, but just not as bad. It felt like all rooms were smoking rooms, even though they shouldn't be. The rooms themselves were not very clean, but I guess that's what we have payed for. The parking lot was filled with cars that were being towed by some company, and we had to move our car, because they wanted to put their vehicles there. In the lobby the high rating is advertised, but I am not sure how to managed to get that high of a rating..

Location is good near ORD. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Hotel is old and some of the furniture is in disrepair. Bed was not terribly comfortable.

Location is a plus, 10min drive to the airport. Value for the money. Quiet

Weed smell coming from bathroom vents and in general common areas.

We were greeted well at the reception. Rooms were big and clean, perfect for 1-2 night stay. The location is very close to Chicago O'hare airport.

The room itself was in poor condition. The little couch was ripped, towels and sheets looked dirty/stained. Door lock looked like it could brake easily if someone tries to enter
