Krista at the front desk is an amazing employee. We stayed at the Holiday Inn on our way to BC. A week later, we booked again for our return to MB. There was a glitch and our Expedia booking should never have gone through as they were in fact full. Krista saw our name pop up and she remembered us and she worked some kind of magic because later that night when we arrived she had sorted out a room for us. I would stay here again as the beds are comfortable and rooms spacious. The breakfast is something that could be improved.

Staff was friendly when we checked in. Was given room right beside the lobby so it was noisy. Parts of this hotel are updated and some seem old and need repair. Pool slide was cool but needs time and attention to get it clean and safe. Breakfast was great in the morning.

We had a great stay! The linens were very comfortable and the room impeccably clean. The continental breakfast offered lots of choices for both adults and children. The pool, waterslide and hot tub were well kept.

Just another hotel room kids crying screaming at 1 in the morning one of my key did work they fix it but I try to use later still didn’t work not big deal the check in was confusing n strange very extraordinary price for an average hotel room they always have pro n cons the room didn’t have any bad smells only the pillows I carry mine though I recommend to travel with your own pillows for me this pillows are uncomfortable but if I need to stay again I will is not that bad for a night stuff very friendly people

Building is new and room was very nice. Pool is a nice amenity. The breakfast had a good selection. Our only complaint is on the Monday morning we left the staff member shut down breakfast before 9:40 and even turned the lights off on us. They told us breakfast is until 10, but I guess it’s actually whenever the staff feel like shutting it down. We had no issues with breakfast on Sunday and were there at the same time. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Good,clean hotel. Staff at the front desk are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast lady is working hard to make sure everything OK. Overall, it was a good stay! Highly recommended!

I met Ian, I think he was a manager. A very polite and extremely helpful guy. Always smiling and went way above his duty when he made me a coffee because the coffee in the reception area was cold.
Other staffs who remember who were very helpful was a lady called Doreen. She cleans the room at the highest quality. And was very accommodating when I requested extra towels.

The room was near the elevator on the first floor.It was noisy from the elevator sounds. It was clean but had not been previously tidied. It was dusty. The elevators were not working properly which is why we ended up on the first floor. The breakfast was limited and not tasty. Staff were friendly and accommodating. We would choose a different property next time we are in Medicine Hat.

Front counter guy(Ian) was great, went the extra mile to make one feel welcome and at home.
The breakfast was terrible, the eggs were gross, liquid honey for toast came was not liquid, some juice was watered down, ect.
