Our room was pretty average and needed some maintenance work done. The bathroom sink was cracked, the grout near the shower had come away and there was a powerpoint that was unsafe. Unfortunately, I cannot upload any photos.

I was very happy with Mantra but Wotif is a big problem in regard to this stay.

A good hotel in the heart of the Southbank dining district. Only challenge was onsite parking.

Tv was older than my Grandma. No Netflix. Air conditioning not user friendly. Dirty shower around edges and taps.(mold). Water undrinkable. Parking overpriced compared to my last hotel. Manager was charged after he did the booking online, and then i was required to provide my credit card details to be charged again. I wont be visiting this hotel again.

I really enjoyed my stay here staff were pleasant and friendly. It was within walking distance of the Qpac for the show we were seeing and food options were fantastic.

Clean and convenient. However, for the price, room is looking very tired and some furniture needs replacing - couch too uncomfortable to use.

Excellent location

Accommodation was incredibly central to all the destinations we intended to visit during our time at Southbank. Situated in a thriving hub of restaurants, culture and entertainment, there were many people walking the streets, creating a sense of safety and energy. At the end of the evening, the beds were so comfortable and the pillows so luxurious, I have attempted to purchase some Killarney linen for our home, though without success. Overall, a brilliant stay, in friendly, clean and comfortable accommodation. I would recommend it to anyone.

Great location especially if you are attending an event at the Convention and Exhibition Centre or QPAC. Plenty of restaurants nearby also. When driving along we found it a bit difficult to locate the motel (greenery blocks signage) however staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and generous in size. Some things required maintenance however. I slept well but my wife found it a bit noisy.

Good location, but no free parking. Best to visit using public transport.

Staff were great. Facade of hotel was excellent but was let down by the room. Shabby walls with half fixed plaster work, damaged mirror, and overall run down. Felicities outside of room were good however.

The staff service was excellent

At first glance when we entered it was a neat room. Upon closer inspection there was black mould in the corners of the shower & the doona wasn’t even in the cover it was just laying on the bed on top of the sheet with a cover laying on top. The doona had yellow stains. The bedside lamps were broken and the shades were stained. A little disappointed in the cleanliness Cashless transactions are definite put off as well. Good position, central to south bank.

I loved everything about this property except the restaurant/ room service. The food took a long time, was overpriced and was cold. It's not a big deal though as there is literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance.

All the staff were lovely and full of smiles and went above and beyond to make our stay great..

Handy to restaurants and the South Bank Precinct as well as the train and bus terminals.

The place was clean and tidy you have to pay for parking and no coffee machine or free coffee making facility. For a big chain of hotels that’s pretty ordinary

Very convenient if going to QPAC

Disgusting room, hair throughout, carpets dirty and full of dirt and dust. Tampon under bed, along with socks and visible layers of dirt/ dust Dents and marks over every wall, aircon vents dirty and mouldy. Looks like it's been used as a drug den. Very very disappointed, staff did not offer to assist with bags when arriving, valet service not on time and bought the wrong vehicle. Attempted to over charge. Would not recommend this accommodation especially for the price point (extremely expensive considering room) Management spoken to, lovely lady although not interested in negative feedback. Further complaint made to Mantra hotel group

Great night, but we also think the hotel could do with a paint. We had a room with heaps of holes and marks everywhere. Bed was terrible. Staff were fantastic!
