Checkin was ok. Room was ok. Pool is not usable due to not being clean. Found out for the second time in 2 months, the "ran out of regular coffee". We have been staying here for the last 6 years and have seen the management of the property deteriorate. We will no longer stay here.

When we got there, there was no way to enter the lobby so had to wait for 15 minutes pressing a buzzer to be let in. The room is the most disappointing part. Haphazardly cleaned as well as some kind of residue on walls, sheets, furniture etc. It smelled stale and damp in the room as well. You can tell the bedding was not washed, so i had to lay on top of everything, there was even some blood under the comforter which did it for me. The conditions were poor but would have been comfortable if it was at least cleaned adequately. Also, some people actually live there full time and have a feeling are trading hotel services for their upkeep, which i am sure is a cause of these symptoms

Sheets were not dirty, but nice "sterile" either and a hand towel had a stain on it, washing it would not get it out should have tossed it, but the room was clean and inviting. Man at front desk, I assume the owner was pleasant and helpful.

I have stayed here twice my arrival time has always been after 11pm and staff have been very courteous. Extremely clean bathroom and lovely hot showers.

We were there only one night, air conditioning worked fine, the room looked old, it was clean however did not look neat because furniture needs repairs and toilet seats had graffiti. A little too expensive for what they offer.

Stayed to attend Dallas Cowboys Training Camp in Oxnard. Location was near camp, stright drive. Area is quiet, walking distance from beach & pier. I do recommend this hotel for anyone attending the camp next year. I only would have liked if they participated in giving free parking passes to the DC Training Camp, similar to other hotels in the area.

Clean room, and all amenities in order. Fast food nearby, so it's convenient if you need a quick bite to eat or a late night snack. Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and windows do nothing to dampen the sound of nearby traffic.

Lobby needs to ring bell for access. Staff untrained, room small, towels insufficient. Location horrible.
