First impressions were not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel and especially that of the Radisson chain. We arrived at 4pm and were given the card to a room that hadn't been cleaned from the previous customer. The receptionist did get us a new room and issued us some drinks vouchers as means of an apology. The new room was clean, however there was a plug socket hanging off the wall with cables on show and 2 of the usb ports didn't work. I reported this to the front desk who informed me that the maintenance man had left and it would get looked at the following day. The next evening after a long day sightseeing we returned to the hotel and went to use the vouchers at the bar. We were told we could only have soft drinks, beer or water. Having your choice limited when it was meant to be a drink to make up for the room mistake was disappointing. Again I approached the front desk who did speak to the bar staff to change this. At no point did the bar staff apologise. When returning to the room the towels hadn't been changed, the plug socket was still hanging off the wall and the complimentary products hadn't been replenished. On speaking to the front desk about these issues I was told to email the hotel manager.

Great room. About 20-30 minutes from central station and grand palace but very walkable. Friendly staff and good breakfast

Initial check in was horrendous, but subsequent service made up for the poor experience at the start. Good location and calm quiet environment, although room could have been a little cleaner.

Very convenient location with easy transport to most of popular tourist location. Stay was quite peaceful .

Smooth check in and checkout. Staff was very friendly. TV had signallig issue and staff helped us to move to anothet reeom in no time.

Everything was impressive except that our AC did not work! We reported it the after the first night and was told that it got fixed but when we came back to the room after a long day out, the room was not at all cold. We had to report it that night but front desk staff could not fix it so we had to modify. Otherwise, I would have given the hotel a perfect score!

This is a perfect hotel near the EU Parliament. Big up to the very friendly and service minded receptionist, she was GREAT!

Nice and unique decor.

We were there for 4 nights. The hotel although run by a relatively young team compare with others, they were professional and efficient. Everything is perfect from the moment we arrived late and tired. Fast checked-in, helpful staff to sort out our parking, the room is nice and clean with cleaver layout and design. The hotel is new and clean, restaurant staff is friendly, breakfast is good. There were table pool and soccer dotted around the hotel for entertainment, nice warm shower, comfy bed. The location is also very good. It's not in the center which is nice and quite with restaurant within walking distance and hotel restaurant. The hotel is next to bus stop to old town and a train station if you don't feel like walking. Thanks for the lovely stay.

front desk staff were kind and accomodating and restaurant staff as well, especially Nicholas. howevse, for $900 USD for 3 nights sans breakfast with a fee to borrow an umbrella not enough value for the price. great location and perfect for walking and adjacent to train direct to and from BRU airport.

Natan at reception was outstanding for his customer service. Radisson Red impressed!

Didn’t like the condition of the room. I saw a bunch of hair on the floor. They need to reconsider the policy of cleaning

The staff was amazing!!!! The area around the hotel was amazing. Quick walks or easily accessible transportation to get around!

The facilities are good. They gave a coffeemaker and washrooms are really spacious. The only suggestion I have is for the hotel management to check the consumables during housekeeping like shampoo, shower gel etc

The staff at the Radisson Red was fantastic from the time we arrived till we left. They were all awesome from the front desk to the bartender to the house keeper and the backup staff at night I want to mention in particular Barnabas, Nathan, Christian and Sandra. I will be staying here again because of this great team. They made this a five star experience. Thank you

Very good breakfast. I enjoy the humerous aspect of the decor. Very near the EU Parliament. Surrounding area a bit dingy.
