At booking was informed the restaurant would be open but it was closed during our stay.
Hotel is out of the way on an industrial estate.

Fine for an overnight stay. Clean, comfortable bed, compact, not much space in room or bathroom, no frills but ok. Location not great, in an industrial estate about 12 minutes drive from Reims centre, but free parking.

Uncomfortable bed, no chilled water unless you buy bottles, not eco friendly. Noisy people in the corridors at 1am and 2am woke me up. How can a breakfast be any value at £14.50 each, that's a lot of croissants or aimed at expense accounts. It is on the back of an industrial estate and next to a busy road so lota of road noise. No receptionist there when we left. I camnot recommend and will not use Brit Hotels again.

An overnight stop for us and a few other Brit bikers. Room was spotless and the lady in reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Frankly you couldn’t ask for more for the price.

I would stay there again but it wasn’t the greatest. The main complaint about condition is the deadbolt lock on the door didn’t work. There was also a large stain on the carpet. When I complained they did offer to shift me to another room.

Good value and clean. Helpful staff. We arrived late but check in was made very easy by phoning ahead. Comfortable beds.

I only thought that we had paid for 2 rooms . 3 in one and 4 in the other . But when we arrived at the hotel . But i had paid for 4 rooms not good no wonder it cost me £ 260.00 for one night.

In desperate need of refurbishment, room was very basic and not very clean. Bathroom was disgusting and full of mould. It was so bad i couldnt use the shower!

Reasonably comfortable budget hotel outside Reims. Good for a night if traveling down/up through France. Reception shuts at 11pm, so you'll be checking yourself in if you arrive later than that. I manged to complete my stay without speaking to anyone physically at the hotel, registering another record low-score for French customer service on my "how was your trip" hotel scoring scale. Ignored at Breakfast, ignored checking out and in order to check in due to my late arrival, provided my credit-card details over the phone, whilst doing 100mph on the peage....

Very easy to find from the nearby motorway, with secure parking. A 10 minute drive into the city centre in the evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a short stay. Excellent breakfast buffet at a reasonable additional cost.

Rooms smelled of stale tobacco. Restaurant closed as it was a Sunday bar price was expensive.

It’s cheap and a good stopover location. However, the rooms are very hot, the road outside is noisy and the rooms are basic. Our toilet was broken within one flush.
If you want a late night cheap stopover then go for it.

Location excellent to break journey back to Calais from South of France. Very well laid out family rooms, breakfast was very good and service excellent. Only grumble was the temperature in the bedrooms, too warm for a good nights sleep.

Went for a drink and to sit outside. No where to sit outside. Asked if we could take a couple of chairs outside to sit on. No was the answer. Awful place. Best Hotel, I dont think so!

Staff were really friendly and helpful, bed was comfy although there was just one pillow. We ate in the on site restaurant and the food was delicious with a nice selection of choices. Would stay here again

Poor quality as very small room 4mts x 3mts overall no coffee or tea making apparatus and the restaraunt closedSo was a bit dissatisfied

Hotel is old pre-fab and decor rather tired; room not very large but no significant noise from nearby main road especially when the blind was down. Not as clean as we would have liked - marks on shower walls, dust on toilet roll holder. Good for an overnight stay, not longer.

Basic hotel with very small rooms. Beds were clean but the bathroom was a little dirty and had woodlice crawling around. The price is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
