Our room was disgusting. All the floor was dirty covered in dog hair. It is clear nobody swept the floor before our arrival. Kitchen was clean

Really friendly & helpful staff. Very nice resort. Comfortable & practical room.

Overall, the property was nice and clean and very quiet. The only reason I scored the property an overall four is because the additional room had a window that was located where the walkway was to other rooms, elevators and the street ; these rooms are accessible from the streets, so I don’t feel that was as safe as most properties I’ve stayed at. If there is a way to score 4.5 I would. I will say that there was no incident with anyone, so please do not let my opinion deter anyone from staying at the property.

The stay was great property was clean and staff friendly

We had an amazing trip. Spent most of the day in the pool. We were expecting a dj but never saw one but we still had music. Wonderful trip

This place was horriable . Mold in. Bathroom dishwasher not working. Very old and smelly room . The pool was very dirty . This place is nasty . They don’t give you towels you have to call every day .

The room itself was clean and we enjoyed the space but the property was dirty from customers leaving garbage around the walkways

In other hotels they change the towels daily and do bed service, in this place you have to request it by calling, I think they should change the style of service.

We were very happy with Floridays resort. The outside of the property is beautiful and well cared for, and in a pretty central area of Orlando for families. The inside of our unit was a little dated, but it was nice and clean and had great amenities, and those are the things that really matter. The pool was great, and the cafe, while pretty basic food-wise, was nice to have available. We would definitely stay here again!

The room had a very strong odd chemical smell (not typical cleaning detergents), the carpets in the bedrooms were dirty (bottom of feet were dark), there was not sufficient soap bars in the bathrooms, limited towels and overall quality was not worth the price. The inside of the bathrooms could be in better condition, the balcony was okay but since we were on the first floor we had lots of critters. The landscape outside the property was pleasing and the front staff was nice but for early checkin had to pay extra $35.00 and I did request for upper floor but received first floor room. We booked a one day stay thankfully.

Property location is great! Surrounding area is maintained and pool is well kept. The customer service very pleasant; except at late night, lady not friendly at all. Also, the WiFi is terrible.

Two doors locked when they were shut by themselves. The TV in one of the smaller rooms didn’t work. Reception was lovely

Upon arriving the check in was fast and easy except, The receptionist was not welcoming.She did not greet me, and just said “name”?. As if I was inconveniencing her. I booked and deluxe 2 bedroom villa and we got to our room and realized we were put in an accessible room. I called the office to let ask about this and same receptionist replied “honey that’s all that was available” in a condescending demeanor. I wasn’t aware that, that’s all that was available. Outside of the building there was a strong cigarette smell. The elevators were dirty and smelled. Upon entering the room, we noticed scratches on the cabinets in the kitchen. Stains on the remote, closet doors, water in the sink kept getting clogged, the fire detector was not screwed in and was about to fall, & Stains on the lamp shade. The room is half renovated, it seems as if the property put most of the funding into the lobby area and the pool area. As the they were nice and modern. The sprinklers were turned on around 8-9 o’clock to the point where we couldn’t even exit the building or walk on the side walk without getting sprayed by sprinkler water. Palm cafe food was good and pool bar drinks were good. Pool water was warm, and game room was decent. Parking not too crowded

Overall it was a good area and nice accomodation. Its better to stay ground floor. The only thing is, kitchen faucet water pressure was really low like you could barely wash your hands in it.

Came down for my daughters graduation had a great time. Stayed for two nights so it was very happy with the stay. This is our second time staying there and we plan on staying again next time we’re down in Orlando.

When we got there. We were greated with the most unfriendly desk agent. We were expecting to pay a lesser anmount upon arrival and it was actually way more with no explanation at all as to why. The desk agent was not open to explaining it at all. Then the ceiling in our room started pooring water. My husband called and they sent no one all day until I sent a text message. The room smelt musty. All of my clothes smell like musty mildew. Room service NEVER CAME! I do not recommend. The price on Expedia is not what you will actually pay and the customer service is horrendous.

I celebrated my 50th birthday here with 6 friends. We were in the 3 bedroom suite and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and each room had its own TV which was great. The customer service was beyond amazing! Anytime I called, the request was fulfilled quickly. I recommend Floriday's and I would definitely stay again.

Not bad but not great. Everyone was very nice, property grounds are very pretty lots of greenery, pool was great. We had suite with two bedrooms…again, not bad but not great. Bathrooms need updating but they were clean. Checkin was easy and service was fantastic. I do think it is a bit over priced for Orlando and the numerous other lodging options

Pool was clean and water was a good temp. Food was good. The room appeared to be clean, the floor had apparently not been swept or mopped. The water in the master bathroom shower drained very slowly which was gross. Tub stopper didn’t work. I would stay again, just not in that particular room.

The property was very clean well laid out no problems with anything i ve stayed at alot resorts in the area and definitely in my top 3
