Staff were super. They were very helpful with getting us settle in and familiar, as this was our first visit. The bed was veey comfortable. The breakfast was good and included local fruit. We will stay here again.

We loved laying in bed and staring up at the unique ceiling as well as enjoying the balcony view of the street below. Breakfast was delicious and everyone we met was friendly. Rooftop patio view was amazing!

The hotel is a nice authentic boutique-style hotel with Peruvian flair, conveniently located in the historic district of Lima (where you want to be). You can walk to the town square/cathedral center in less than 10 minutes. The rooms are nice. They offer free airport pickups (through an independent taxi company), which failed to show up in my case, but they more than made up for it by upgrading my room to a bigger size and offering me the free taxi service to the airport on departure day. The lady at the reception is nice and fluent in English, the man there is quite slow and his English is quite limited; so checkin and check was rather slow. On the plus side, they offer freshly brewed coca-tea upon arrival time to help you with possible altitude sickness (although the tablets you can buy work better ;-)

Great hotel. The staff are amazing and personable. We arrived and they had a cake and wished my spouse happy birthday. They have talented and friendly staff that go the extra mile. The hotel also has a nice deck to look over Cusco. The hotel is a great deal and my wife and I hope to stay there again.

The hotel was great, well located, within a couple of miles from the city center. The rooms are confortable and with calefactor. The hotel staff was very welcoming and kind. Another thing to mention is the breakfast, it is complemwntsry and buffet style. I highly recomendn hotel los apus.

Nice hotel with really nice staff, but we ended up leaving after one night because it was hard to sleep. The rooms have no ventilation, and the hotel doesn’t have any fans to use. We opened a window when it got too hot to sleep, but had to listen to someone loudly vomiting right outside.

The staff was very understanding and nice. The hotel had good service and is located in a nice area. The hotel is nice and cozy and has a lot of history.

Flight was changed and we weren't able to make it to Cusco on time to check in one day. They did not charge us for that night but still let us check into the room early the next morning when we did arrive. Great customer service.

Staff is very friendly, particularly Francisco who will always make you feel very welcome. The hotel is situated in the very nice neighborhood of San Blas which is central yet quiet. The breakfast is excellent

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are very clean. Perfect central location that is about 2 or 3 streets from the main square. Important to note that the hotel is not located up any hill so it's easy to access!! I'd recommend this to any friends going to Cusco.

The hotel staff were all professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the made-to-order eggs. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Cusco.

Best hotel stayed in Cusco. Beautiful rooms and courtyard. Great free breakfast. Wonderful dinners for good prices. Few blocks from Plaza de Armas, center of town where meet for tours. Highly recommend this hotel.

It was clean but it was depressing with unpleasant lighting. The lobby was poorly arranged and there were things that needed to be discarded. The breakfast looked unappealing, the eggs were cold and the fruit looked old.

Nice boutique-style hotel....we had a few small problems...but just talk to Melissa on the day shift and she will solve them all...she's great...evening staff seem to be inexperienced and only good for check-in...but they all try hard and are friendly....great location for everything!

The breakfast was amazing!!!! Easy transportation to airport. Laundry services were great especially for travelers who like to pack light and need to reuse clothes. They left our laundry super cleans smelling so good:) staff was friendly!!

We took a cab to the airport and we thought oh boy bad start, however when we walked in the staff was professional and apologetic. The hotel was clean , quiet (not typical in Cusco) and warm (other hotels in the area had cheap small space heaters). This hotel had radiators in the room for the very cold nights in Cusco. The hotel is built solid yet has a history, centrally located with a great breakfast. The kitchen staff were kind and helpful. Overall the wonderful and polite service made up for the mishap early. We went to the airport and there was an issue with our flights, we returned to the hotel and the staff helped us got on the internet, make some phone calls and clear the issue (even though it was post checkout) and set us up with a shuttle back, Overall it was a fantastic clean and comfortable hotel with excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel, keep up the great work and thank you for your kindness!
