We had an OK stay however we felt the hotel was too busy and there were too many people at the swimming pool/sitting area - there was no social distancing going on - so we didn't feel comfortable about using this facility, which was why we decided to book to stay there in the first place, so that was frustrating! The staff were nice, not very communicative however. The biggest problem however was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms - our room also had a room which got the afternoon/evening sun - it was like a sauna - overnight it was very difficult to sleep in such hot conditions. We also had the world's smallest toilet. However our bathroom had a bath so it was a nice luxury to draw a bath in the morning and open the windows to see the beautiful scenery. Dinner in the eve was nice, service was good, food good but portions a bit small, prices in line with the area. Overall nice enough and in a quite location, but it felt small and claustraphobic inside - wouldn't stay here again.

The accomdation and staff and the meals we had were lovely, we cant fault anything other than the cost of breakfast was a bit high but thats a minor thing, but we were charged local taxes when paying but the e mail from yourselves said included taxes, other than that it was fantastic and we will be back next year to try the self catering when we go skiing, regards Kevin and Wendy Whitlocke

Surprising amount of space in studio for 2. Well equipped kitchenette, lovely bath, comfortable bed! Huge balcony with a little late afternoon sun in February!

We only stayed one night. Not a fan in Fondue etc so ate in town. It was a stopover hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. It was fine.

We went for a short skiing holiday. The hotel facilities were good, although the swimming pool was smaller than it seemed from photos. Clean rooms and decent bathroom/wc recently refurbished. Friendly and helpful staff. Good dining room with good selection of regional dishes.

Had a lovely 3 day ski break Hotel very comfortable and friendly staff Ski bus stop on the doorstep Food in restaurant lovely Spa facilities great especially after a days skiing Would return Many thanks

Stayed here for 2 nights with wife and son independently before cycling holiday starting from same hotel. Immaculate clean rooms and very comfortable. Nice facilities including indoor/outdoor pools. Great breakfast. Wifi ok but could be faster. Lovely owners and staff. Hope to go back.

Excellent hotel, no complaints. Above our normal budget for a weekend ski trip but worth the extra. Breakfast good value. Didn't have dinner but menu looked good. Bar bill a bit steep but, hey no-ones forcing you. Good pool and spa area. Allowed us to return after day's ski-ing on departure day to shower and change. Probably best as a family hotel but we were one of two all male groups made welcome and well catered for. Will go back.
