The location and price point were nice, however it smelled of cigarette/weed smoke pretty much our entire stay. The room was dirty with a broken lamp. The bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned in quite some time. I don't ever expect much from a hotel breakfast but this one was undesirable and we ended up going out for breakfast the following morning.

I was charged taxes of $20.05 when I checked out. When I reserved room I paid taxes. Why am I charged taxes twice? My confirmation number is 87900986.
If I do not receive a refund for these taxes, I will never use your services again and will tell everyone I know to not use your service due to not honoring our agreement.

This was a 4-day stay. We were locked out of our room on the second night. They though we were only 2-day stay.
No room service. Bathroom moldy. Poorly run hotel.

front desk person was not so good. hidden fees not mentioned until we got there. Has to wait 10 minutes before we saw anyone. All types of extra fees. one dog was as much cost as a person. Non apologetic also form front desk. Next time, I will NOT be-staying here. If fees were revealed and perosn at front desk was more friendly, slightly higher rating would be posted here. Too expensive over all….

The stay was just ok. The room was stuffy when we first entered it, had a mildew smell, and carpet was moist. There was loud music during middle of the night (1-2am), the bed was not comfortable, and the ice machine wasn't functioning.
The staff was nice.
Disappointing for the cost. Had a resent stay at a DoubleTree, also by Hilton, for much less, but it was much more comfortable and more welcoming.

Awesome staff! Everyone went out of their way to be friendly and make sure there was nothing we needed. 2 adults and 2 dogs. Property was as advertised and expected, but the team working made this memorable.

The first room we were given smelled so bad like dirty feet and some of the lamps didn’t work. We requested a different room. This one was a little better, but the outlets near the bed didn’t work, the bathroom threshold strip was loose so we kept tripping on it. Even though the hotel was smoke free, we could smell cigarette smoke from outside!
This hotel had a high score rating, which we hoped for but this was not so!!!

The room was nice and big, very clean. The shower head had a leak at where it came out of the wall. They allowed dogs but only up to 75lbs and no more than 2. There’s a $75 deposit per dog. Also there’s a $50 security deposit but you get that back after checkout and they’ve ensured there are no damages to the room.
The pool looks really beautiful but is no available for use beyond gazing upon through the door. I don’t know how long this has been unavailable but they took away the keycard pad and replaced it with a blank wall plate. That was very disappointing to the kids.
The breakfast was very good and they had a nice variety of food and drinks available.

We arrived very late, and walked into a freezer in the first room with no way to get it to turn off. Now past midnight, in the second supposedly clean room, our feet stuck to the dirty carpet with obvious food crumbs all over, spilling also into the bathroom. This included a large goldfish cracker sitting prominently on a shelf. The bathroom had mold in the shower and missing grout, plus a toilet that wouldn’t flush. Obvious wear all over both rooms, and I even felt crumbs on the sheets. Also only one day had maid service out of 3 which still didn’t address most items. No maid service at all in 4 days for our 2nd room. They told me this was standard unless requested. The food at the breakfast was barely warm, with fruit well past its use by date. With the one exception of Pamela, and with no provocation from us, the staff was rude and unwilling to help. No promised reduction in charges, and we never received a requested call back from manager. Taken together this is unacceptable at a $200/night “4.5 star” hotel.

Disappointed that the pool was under renovations. That was a top reason why we booked the hotel.

I sat on the bed to take my shoes and socks off to go shower. The carpet was sticky. That grossed me out. The wall light next to one side of the bed was missing and there was a hole in the wall. Paint was peeling off the door and the chairs front leg looked like it was falling off. The patch job on the wall next to the shower was unsightly.
The staff was amazing and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the hotel needs repairs/renovations from skilled people. I will not be staying there again which is sad because the people were so nice.

This is like other Hampton Inn properties; however, the outstanding features at this one were the reception desk staff and lady in the breakfast lounge. Absolutely fantastic! They greatly added added value to my stay.

Past this one for your own sanity. Housekeeping did not clean the room at all so I did not have clean towels. I called the front desk for some towels and they never brought to my room so I was not able to take a shower.

Very spacious room and awesome breakfast. The staff was very friendly and took care of the few request we made. However the bathroom was very small and cramped. There was no room to change clothes after you get out the shower and there was no ventilation. The sink was located outside the bath area which I felt could have served us better being in the same room as the shower. Overall it was an okay stay.
