Adequate for a one night stay

200 euros badly spent The room is nice but was terribly cold. The heating system wasn't working from the digital panel. I was on the first floor facing the road and single glazed windows didn't help at all. Slept badly all night long due to constant car noise. I won't ever be back if I can help it

The advantage is the proximity to the airport and hotel shuttle. The rooms are standard. The restaurant is mediocre. It is of good quality, notably better than some European chains.

The place was fine for one night before heading back home. Wasn’t great, wasn’t bad.

Rooms clean and spacious. Had to use key card for everything, which I assume made it safer just move time consuming to do anything.

This was an interesting hotel and was very pleasantly surprised at the enclosed balcony that ran the whole length of the two-bedroom apartment. There was nothing but windows that ran along the back, and a very nice view from the 13th floor. It could have used different pillows (little hard) and the pillows all had pillow shams on them and couldn't take them off sine there was no pillowcase on these pillows. The interior was modernized and looked very nice. The only thing I would say is to "replace the L shaped couch." It was very dated and needs to go!

Good price. Free transport to airport. Friendly staff. Very good restaurant.

Lovely Staff & short walk to bus to Dublin.

The shuttle service was not great. Driver only droped us at ternimal 1 which is arrivels and we needed to go to Ternimal 2 which was a long walk when you dont know where you are going. . Hotel was nice and clean. Bar was comfortable and staff were nice.. breakfast was very expensive we decide to not have it.

Reception was excellent, lovely warm welcome everything explained. Airport shuttle booked for the next day for me. Exceptional customer service from the team.

Very nice hotel convenient to Dublin Airport. They offer a courtesy van to and from the airport. Food in the restaurant was very good.

We stayed two separate times, as we headed to belfast and donegal for a few days. First time, had room 322. Odd shaped corner unit, didn’t get serviced, no big deal since we were only there two nights. Clean enough, but no black out curtains meant adjusting to dublin time was a pain. Parking is limited, found a spot underground but lots of gettinf in and out of the car to get through gates in the rain. Not ideal The second time, same room. Check in was painful as the demanded that there is a parking charge. Didn’t have it the first time. They said sometimes we charge, sometimes we don’t, depends on who you book with - the basically told us it had to paid or cancel the room. Argh, their attitude was not friendly (yousuf’s manager). One of the two elevators was down. Leak in the restaurant meant a long wait to get food. Second visit wasn’t as good as the first. Food was fine and service there, while limited staff, did the best they could. Would i stay here again. Unlikely given the room rate and the other options. Look around as there isn’t too much to see and do from here. Close enough to the airport if that is what you need.

Hotel is very convinient when needing a shuttle to the airport. It was a beautiful room with excellent amenities. The staff was friendly ad helpful.

This hotel turned what was an unexpected setback during our trip into a wonderful opportunity to visit this lovely city and this amazing and unique hotel. World class quality service and room that we would have missed. They went above and beyond twice to see us settled in, and back out to the airport. We are going to include Dublin and this hotel in our itinerary next holiday, because of how pleasant the experience was.

The hotel was great for its proximity to the airport. It had a shuttle which was so helpful since we had to be at the airport by 7am. It was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a nice restaurant/bar that we had one last drink and dessert on our last night in Dublin. Highly recommend.

Staff was friendly. Service at restaurant was excellent! Good food at restaurant. Room size was good. Bit noise.

Amazing property to stay short of long term. I am here for a night and my family of 4 and they are so happy with my choice.

It was ok, wouldn’t stay here again. Didn’t like the carpet and my sheets smelled a bit musty.. like they hadn’t been dried properly. These are things the hotel could address but I arrived at 9:30pm and left at 4am for an early flight so really didn’t have the time or energy to engage them on this.

Really awesome hotel just 20min from the airport, has free shuttle service to and from as well. Good on eco friendly, but you are unable to adjust the fan and temp in the room as it is locked to one setting.

Not great. People were doing drugs at the entrance as we were leaving the hotel for our 6 am flight.

Tried contacting the hotel multiple times with no avail. If there is a button to message them, a reply is expected. I left jewelry in the room and have been trying to get in touch with them....

In the pictures it looks like a very nice hotel but once you get there it’s very run down, showers are hard to work, the kettle didn’t work, elevator glass was broken, we ordered room service and we had to pick it up ourselves on the biggest trays I’ve even seen in my life, barely fit through the room door. If you just need a place to stay near the airport it would do but don’t expect it to look like the pictures

Spacious apartment with some serious design flaws. No AC and no windows to open - small gaps on balcony glass to allow airflow. Our unit had an electrical short which took out the lights for both bedrooms. Staff was OK - asked for a table lamp as no overhead lights in bedroom and staff never returned or contacted us. For the price it was not a good value.

I chose this hotel for the free and convenient airport shuttle. The information on the website is adequate and show the schedule and location. I arrived at the Coach park ten minutes before the scheduled 11:15, but no coach came from Metro Hotel. I tried to call the hotel at the number provided, but no response, only the same info on the website. The shuttle did arrive for the 11:45 schedule. It was explained to me that "it comes every 30 or 60 minutes." That info should be added to instructions.
