Incredible experience! They anticipate every need and exceed it!

This will officially be my first review. Ive been to a lot of hotels throughout my travels but this place ranks top 3 but will still be the first time I'm moved to leave a review. Every detail was thoughtout and the staff reaching out to me to help with getting to the property from train station was just a blessing after a long travel time. They made the effort at using my name the entire time. Welcomed with a drink and parted ways with chocolate...damn, so good. The views, the vibe and aesthic choices of the property, the center of town location, the people, the mountains, etc...again, I can't say enough. Zermatt was incredible but the hotel ameneties made it difficult to leave sometimes. I would leave early morning to explore and when I started back to the hotel I was equally eager to discover the property again and again. Thank you to the staff for making my first solo trip one of the most amazing trips ever.

Omnia is probably best luxury hotel i’ve stayed at with staff making it truly sbovd snd beyond expectations. They rven provided a walking stick for me when my leg became sn issue during trip.

The hotel was beautiful—clean and relaxing in a very zen way. What stood out the most was the staff. They were all very friendly, helpful, and courteous. I would highly recommend the property to anyone visiting Zermatt. Great location and delicious breakfasts too!

Right from the start, it wears clear that The Omnia prides itself on being top-notch! Amazing welcome from the staff and such a beautiful hotel with a great view of the village and the Matterhorn!

I visited the hotel with a party of 8 people in January 2020. We were 4 couples. The people there are super professional and friendly and in general the service is amazing. I have to point out the following cons:-The queen rooms are not so spacious and the bathrooms extremely small. Definitely not a 5-star bathroom. Same goes for double rooms.-we encountered a problem with the heating in all of the rooms and the hotel’s solution was a portable air heater.-Mattresses and Linen don’t match the hotel’s price tag.-There is plenty of room of improvement in the spa-wellness area.For example there is no Hot Tea available in the spa, something very typical for a 5-star mountain Hotel. Also the pool and the jacuzzi were dirty most of the time.-No cigar room or sufficient communal areas.-Poor breakfast buffet, although there are plenty of options to order in the menu.

Everything was perfect! The hotel staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, rooms are cozy and clean, love the breakfast selection and perfect location. I will definitely be back

All hotels are in great locations and generally look good....... But what makes a hotel outstanding it its staffI lost the chance to stay at this fab hotel but have to write that Mr Eck and Michelle Janitschke were beyond stunning with their generous help and were a credit to their company
