Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had requested a pack and play and it was set up in our room upon our arrival. Great service!

Overall, Pisitive experience. The toilet was not working well. It took 2 days for maintenance to arrive to address it. I felt it should have been addressed from our arrival.

Everything was great. I stay on this exit every three months for appointments at The Wexner Medical Center. The Drury Inn is always a bit more expensive than the other places so I’ve never booked them before. This time the rates were all about the same so I tried them out. I’m so glad I did!

No cleaning service done. Got a apology it was scheduled but not done. On check out was told I put the do not disturb sign out that was a lie. Food was not edible. No hand soap in the bathroom. Will not be staying at Drury again. Asked for a copy of invoice was told he could not give me one but got one at last stay at Greensboro two days ago. All I got was aplogiy or I can’t do that.

We loved the pool! The kids got a kick swimming under the wall to the outside pool. We didn't use the tickets for the drinks and dinner, but they were there. We liked the room with the separate seating area. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage, waffles and all the usual breakfast items.

It was very difficult to utilize the amenities in the hotel including the complementary meals due to the baseball event that was going on during our stay. The common areas of the hotel were overcrowded and if we knew this we would not have stayed there. It was not a pleasant experience. Something like that should be communicated somehow so you know what you're getting yourself into.
